Friendly, helpful and quick.
My service rep. Jacob Vargas is a rare and wonderful employee! He went above and beyond to isolate an intermittent stalling problem with my car that had been going on for a monthcausing safety concerns during operation. He provided me a loaner which allowed him the time to drive the car, replicate the issue and find the problemit was determined I needed a new alternator. My car is in for repair and I should have it next week. I am so grateful for all his efforts to provide outstanding customer service!

Service was great. I was greeted immediately. Crystal was super thorough and answered all my questions. She gave good advice and didn't make me feel pressured to have service done on my car right away. Great service actually try to help out not like Downey, and very easy to work with.
Was able to make my appointment over the phone a couple days in advance. Brought my Rogue in for a 3-Stage Fuel Injection Service with $20 off coupon at 9:30am and was out by 12:30pm. Took a little bit longer but there were no issues and I got my car washed. The waiting room was clean and they had snacks which was a plus. Also Krysta was very helpful and friendly.
The advisors were fantastic and very helpful. Even helped jumped my wife's car when the battery went out while she was dropping me off to pick up our Nissan.
