Kevin Chagolla at the Cerritos infinity services department was wonderful, he answered my questions and explained to me what I need to know especially battery warranty. He gone out his way and done some vacuuming when other staff not available. Kevin is knowledgeable, patient and have excellent customer service manner. Thank you, Kevin.

It was the first time that I had to go to the Service Department, no appointment, and I was helped immediately after they opened. Jacob was very professional and cordial. I left my vehicle to be checked out. I received a call from Jacob within a couple of hours to inform me of what needed to be done. Very quick and efficient service.
