I would not recommend them because of their lack of communication.
I started the project, but they took 3 to half months to complete the project. It took them to August 13, 2021, and I started the project April 19, 2021, When starting the project, it took them another month in half to get a response from Champion Windows Of Colorado Spring. Champion Windows Of Colorado Springs, the management aspect, was not satisfied. Lack of communication and lack of not completing the project in a timely manner.
I would not recommend Champion Windows of Colorado Springs due to lack of communication.
We are very happy with the quality of the product, but not the quality of service that they have been doing with their management, following up, and ensuring the windows fit. We had issues where the windows have been the wrong size. They had to remake them. There was an issue with the sizing, and people aren't measuring properly. The management didn't followup with us to let us know what was happening. They were terrible. Once the windows were in, we were very happy with the product.
While the end product is good and the install quality as well the communication during the protracted install was poor
No. Due to the installation needing a post inspection to make sure everything is done correctly since one is not done during the process.
never will recommend the colorado springs store. they never return phone calls. original contract was signed 8-22-2020. 10 months to get windows and parts were missing. as of today 6-27-2021 no parts and no returned phone calls from the colorado springs office!!!!!
