The installation crew did a rush job, smoked cigarettes in and around my house and left their trash. They didn’t remove all of the old window and have told me they won’t fix it that it’s ‘just cosmetic’ and the person I was referred by still has yet to get their referral fee. The people in your company don’t communicate and don’t care.
We hired Champion Windows to replace all the windows in our house, along with 3 windows / sliding doors that required altering the exterior wall and installing a header. It was a large project with a hefty price tag. Everything started out fantastic, but quickly went downhill. I am not sure if I would recommend the company because the door situation really irritated me. If I did recommend them to someone, I would recommend them with major reservations.
Customer service was terrible,rude and refused to answer questions.
I purchased Champion windows in June 2017 and was informed it would be 5-7 weeks for delivery. During that time I had planned a full exterior renovation and started work. Insulation was injected into the walls, the front porch was taken down and stucco contractors were providing estimates. All plans were stalled when Cliff informed us in August that it would be 8-10 weeks for delivery. In October I was informed that 8 of 9 windows were in and installation was scheduled. our sales person first met with us in Sept 2017 and assured us that we will have our windows installed prior to Thanksgiving. I never heard anything. A week after Thanksgiving, I called and asked about our windows. The sales person called me back and said they were waiting for the slider to come from the factory.
