The windows were installed last winter, and we're still waiting for the completion of the project. The job didn't pass the building permits. We haven't heard back from anyone to resolve this.
Took 8.5 months from down payment to installation. For a standard size Front door (storm door). Not even if you were the only window company on the planet! I would go without windows.
The customer service was the worse company that I have ever experienced. I made multiple calls and Never got a call back.
Just the opposite. I have told everyone I know in my networking groups about the terrible experience I had with your company. After my wife read my survey comments/star ratings, she commented that I was being too nice for the type of treatment we received throughout this ordeal. But I decided to continue to be "nice" hoping that before your company fails for its terrible customer service that a light bulb will go off in someone's brain that has the power to actually fix things, because I am sure Champion does have some good ... read more
I have used champion for 3 large products over the last 15+ years. This is the first time they have failed miserably and have still not made it right
