Not very responsive
As of right now we have some unsolved issues so until they are fixed I will not recommend them. And If we don’t hear soon, I will be leaving negative feedback everywhere. Frustrating.
We waited an extremely long time to get our order. Then the screen door was the WRONG size for the door. The installers left without finishing the threshold build up with the guarantee that someone would be back to finish the buildup. It has been TWO MONTHS, and this has not occurred nor has there been ANY contact to setup a finishing appointment. They are very, very expensive.
Job is not complete, and I have called 5 times in 8 days and no one will return my call!
I expected more communication to start the project. I had to initiate the phone calls when the timeline was getting close, and they weren't giving me any information.
