I can't recommend this location enough, very good customer service, incredibly efficient and 100% knew what they were doing. If you are looking for an Eye Doctor, this is the spot.
I cannot tell you how amazing Dr Coad , and Christine were. This process was for my fiancé who "had " a -7 eye sight prior to PRK. It is the morning after and she already is at 20/30 with light pain. Everyone is so helpful and we felt like they truly cared which is hard to come by these days. Cannot wait to review something that truly was life altering: new eyes! Well, not new eyes exactly, but a better version of my old ones with Lasik! All I have to say is that Chelsea Eye Ophthalmology made me completely comfortable with having my eyes operated on (LASIK). Christine is an amazing person who literally walks with you through the entire procedure, assisting Dr. Coad when the surgery itself is done, answering any questions or concerns at any time (day or night). I had lasik done with Dr. Coad. I had a really bad prescription and it was literally a miracle--i can now see with no glasses/contacts and it has completely changed my world. I would recommend this to anyone. Christine was there literally 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns and the service was top rate.

Where do I even begin? I had always been told I would need glasses for the rest of my life, until I walked into Chelsea Eye.
