This team is the absolute best. Christine is a gift from the gods and makes you feel comfortable supported and amazing. She really got me through my anxieties about my recent lasik surgery - which went great! Dr Coad is the best. A fantastic team, a simple process - I highly recommend this team - if you've ever considered lasik (like I have for the last 20 years) make an appt with this great group. You'll be happy you did.

Our whole family sees this practice for eye care. Just brought my 16 yo son for an annual checkup with Dr. Mancuso. She caught an issue with his retina so early and sent us to a retinal specialist. Because of her care and thoroughness, both eyes are being treated by the specialist and he will be fine forever more. Dr. Mancuso saved him from a lifetime and headache and problems because of her thoroughness. THANK YOU DR. MANCUSO

Dr. Coad has been my eye doctor for over 15 years. He is amazing! His office is beautiful and well run. He offers all of the latest eye correction procedures and everyone I know who's had anything done with him is extremely happy. Highly recommended!!

I have had two totally successful cataract surgeries with Chelsea Eye Ophthalmology over the first couple of months of 2016, specifically with Dr. Christopher Coad and his wonderful assistant, Vace Marisenovic. The surgeries were easy from the patient's perspective (no complicated prep other than a pre-op physical), efficient (duration of 2-3 hours at the NY Eye & Ear Clinic), and recovery almost immediate - I was fully functioning the next morning. I've worn glasses since third grade. Now DONE! Love being able to see. Love the team at Chelsea Eye. The 'surgery' took no time and the fact that I lay back not being able to see the clock on the wall and sat up very soon afterward able to see it, says everything. I hated swimming because of the blur without my glasses. In Italy now, swimming every single day. Dr. Coad is very sweet and very attentive. The whole crew at CE rocks. So eternally grateful.

Amazing people. I went through about 8 different lasik consultations in the matter of 5 months. So after researching Dr Coad(a genius) and finding nothing but great things about him, I decided to give Chelsea Eye a shot. After coming for my consultation and meeting Dr Coad's team, especially Christine(probably the sweetest person I've ever met) I knew this was the place to trust with my eyes. One month after my surgery I am so glad I did. So far the best decision of my lite! Cannot thank them and recommend them enough!

I got LASIK here three weeks ago and I can't shut up about how great it was. To be frank, they changed my life. First, Dr. Coad and his team (ESPECIALLY Christine and Timmy) are truly fantastic. I made an appointment to see if I was a candidate for LASIK so I went through some tests to find out that my vision hasn't stabilized. Although unfortunate, I'm so glad to have found my new go-to for vision exams. The office is neat, the receptionists were nice, and the machines were clean and new. Also, I really appreciated the assistant who examined me. She was very friendly and gentle (especially with the instrument that measured my corneal thickness).
