I had my iLasik surgery one month ago, and the experience was perfect. Dr. Coad and Christine (and the entire staff) were very friendly, helpful and thorough throughout the entire experience. They made the surgery itself relaxing and were very available for any questions I had before and after. And the surgery results were, of course, perfect! I couldn't recommend Chelsea Eye more strongly, any trepidation you might feel beforehand will be washed away immediately!
5 days ago I had laser eye surgery with Dr Coad and I couldn't be more thrilled with the result . It would be very hard to think of ways that Dr Coad and Christine could improve their eye surgery practice. They are both very responsive, caring and spend an incredible amount of time explaining the process in as much detail as you can absorb, the expected results and what the experience is going to be. Christine is the most reassuring assistant I have come across. She and Dr. Coad walk you through the experience before and after the procedure. Dr. Coad's bedside manner and Christine's overall pleasantry let's the patient know that they really do care. I am now sitting, on my 40th birthday free from contacts and glasses alike!!!!!! Thank you both so much....
Dr. Coad and Christine are incredible. They took such great care of me and one of my other friends during our LASIK experience. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get the procedure done. And I can see 20/10 now (which is allegedly incredibly rare). Two thumbs up!
Lynn and Russell could not be more fantastic. Since meeting them about a year ago my confidence has skyrocketed and I feel better about my face and my body than ever before. Lynn has got such a great eye! I trust her implicitly. Every time I go in we work on a balance on my face that no other person has ever been able to master. If you're reading this review, then you're probably doing what I did before I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Coad at the Chelsea Eye Center. I can not say enough good things about Christine and Dr. Coad. From the very start of the process I felt at ease and very confident that I was being treated with great care and like an individual. Christine goes out of her way to answer questions, ease concerns, and really takes the time to get to know you and ensure that LASIK is right for you. I had LASIK 2 weeks ago with Dr. Coad. Let me start with a review on Christine Von Becker. She is the epitome of responsive (on email on weekends and at night answering my questions and calling my prescriptions in to my pharmacy to me after hours when I left the slips in her office!).
