On August 28, 2013 I had eye Lasik surgery performed by Doctor Coad. It was my first surgery in my whole life and I was extremely nervous. Dr. Coad and Christine made me feel calm and they were fully available to me with any question and concerns. They are true professionals and a great team working like a Swiss watch. On top of all, they never pressured me to do the surgery. By noon the next day I was back to work. Currently, after a month I am really happy with my vision and can see like an eagle.
I was hoping I could leave a totally separate review for Jeannel Astarita, the Aesthetician Goddess at Chelsea Eye, but they are only allowing me to edit my original review for other services I had starting in July. I've been going to Chelsea Eye about once a month since June. I am of the age when things could use a little tweaking but not yet ready for the knife. I have seen Lynn 3 times for Botox. I was very nervous about this procedure and asked Lynn a ton of questions during our consultation. She patiently answered every single question, put me at ease, and didn't make me feel rushed. Before seeing Lynn I had very deep crows feet and felt like I always looked tired. Was just there for a consult for a possible eye lid revision. Saw Dr Eviatar and he said he would not do it ..but would try botox to make it look better. He was great...already see the results and much better than it was. I love that he did not push surgery to fix it and was very conservative. Waited a long time....1 hour past my appointment time...(but happy to wait since the results were good). I had iLasik surgery here at the end of June and am SOO happy with my results! As someone with -6.25 vision, astigmatism, and has had to rely on contacts since the 5th grade, this was a life-changing surgery! I am so happy that I chose Dr. Coad and Christine with such a serious surgery. I just came here for a routine vision exam for the first time. Very quick and friendly service. Took a little less than an hour from entering to exiting with my prescription in hand. Fully satisfied. Name of my doctor was Dr. Okochi and would recommend him for sure.

I had LASIK does on my eyes this month (April, 2013) and I could not be happier with the process (from initial consultation to follow-ups) to the people (Christine and Dr. Coad) and the results (better than 20/20 anyone?).
