Good enough eye doctors, VERY expensive considering they take my insurance. Here's the part I cannot tolerate: $75 to get a copy of my prescription for eyewear. UNACCEPTABLE! Considering the amount charged for the visit. It cost them nothing to email it to me. Might be time to look for a new doctor.

As a healthcare professional, I can only say how sorry I feel for patients going here because they might not think to question the bill that they receive. They were running behind on the day of my visit, which I can understand and forgive as this happens in many clinics. My actual visit was totally fine, and my provider was kind. Good luck getting your medical records released to your PCP! After many delays and jumping through hoops, a B!TCH clerical insisted this normal procedure would not proceed without payment of a fee. If you like being treated like a number, non-entity, this is the place for you!

This is my first ever YELP review, and only because I found the level of care/treatment here so disturbing. The doctors and staff here botched my prescription, and following receipt of my new contact lenses (quickly realizing that something was wrong, as I've worn contacts for 20 years) I called the office. I left messages, and didn't hear back for a week. I had made an appointment with Dr. Coad, and instead of seeing him, I was assigned to an optometrist instead. I was very disappointed with how this was handled. I had a serious issue and needed to see Dr. Coad. Instead, I was told to go somewhere else for my care. Dr. Coad would have been able to handle my medical issue. I have been seeing Dr. Coad for over 30 years, and it seems like the service has declined, if this is an indication of his practice now.

This place is a joke. The two women who work the front desk are beyond rude. And the office manager Nicole doesn't have time for anyone. In addition, I was prescribed the wrong thing for my eye. This place is scary as hell and the office manager doesn't want to hear any feedback. Someone needs to stick the state on them and potentially have their license revoked!

Horrible and frustrating experience. I waited almost 1 hour for my appointment and left disappointed. The front desk staff member didn't seem to care and meekly said sorry. Very unprofessional and uncaring. They need to improve wait times (not overbook) and treat clients with respect.

The receptionist was abrupt, time-pressured, and horrifically rude on the phone. She didn't seem keen that I wanted a regular ophthalmology work up, and she actually hung up on me when I said I wanted an appt with Dr. Coad and not one of his associates. Is this yet another cash-cow eye clinic running the LASIK conveyor belt at top speed? Buyer beware!

I came here for a consult for ICL surgery. I felt conned into spending $350 for the consult, as the front desk left me a voice-mail telling me the cost 10 minutes before closing the day before my appointment. I was interupted mid question and rushed during the consult by Dr Coad, after spending $350 to see him. For reference, the very same consult at another very reputable facility was $60, and they spend much more time with me.
