I toured MULTIPLE gyms in this area before committing (yes, I made them all work for it, I'm a gym girlie with standards ) and let me tell you... Chuze Cypress said "you may stop looking" and I said okuuuuuurt. This gym is not just clean, it is IMMACULATE. The kind of clean that makes you want to wear your cutest workout fit just to match the energy. And the STAFF? They greet you like you're a regular at your favorite brunch spot. Every. Single. This is my go-to when I want a gym that's close, clean, and simple. It's not fancy, but it's easy to get in, warm enough that it doesn't feel intimidating, and the equipment is good. I like that I can drop in, get a workout, and leave without a crowd.
Business response:
Hi Maya, We are thrilled that our facility has met your expectations! We look forward to being a part of your fitness journey! Keep up the great work! Kindly, Chuze Fitness

Business response:
Hello Ivony, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about booking Zumba classes. We truly appreciate your loyalty as a member for the past 2 years. We understand your frustration with the Sunday Zumba classes being consistently full booked and the challenges you've experienced with the waiting list system. Your feedback regarding the difficulty in joining these popular classes is valuable to us, and we recognize how disappointing it must be when you're unable to secure a spot in your preferred class time. I absolutely love working out of this facility. The biggest downside is the lack of repair on the equipment. For example, when zero gravity breaks down it takes weeks before the machine is repaired. In the meantime, they are very limited as to replacement in this area. It breaks down frequently and this is a very unfortunate situation. I am updating this review as management reached out to me. I am disappointed as the business apparently expects us to wait weeks at a time for repairs to be done. Andrew, why not look ... read more

Hello Dan, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. When things are not operating properly, we submit work orders to bring it to our maintenance technician's attention if it wasn't on their radar already. Our maintenance team does a great job of attending to the submitted orders right away. However, sometimes, certain jobs are delayed because we have to wait for vendors to come into the club and service whatever needs attention or we are waiting for parts to arrive. However, we thank you for your time, and for be... read more
