I've been a member for a long time and frequent the Anaheim location and Cypress. I love when I bring a guest they don't hound them for a sale (crunch does this that's why I hate going) I love the new layout the turf area looks great and the mirrors are awesome. I also love the hydro beds it looks like they added more. I miss the big mirror in the women's restroom and I wish they would offer more body pump classes throughout the week.

I have been a member since 2020 and I have loved every minute of my gym time here. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They are so easy to talk to. No matter how many questions I asked, I only received non judgmental responses. I like the revamped version with more machine and the relaxing area. The zero gravity chair is sooooooo relaxing. As someone who hated working out, I find this gym so good that I look forward to coming here every day.

Currently undergoing renovation and the mens restroom is a portable restroom in the back. I appreciate that there are three squat racks and two deadlifting platforms. No deadlift jack on a deadlift platform so the loading is a little bit awkward, but you're not paying for a specialty gym. The iron / rubberized plates here don't quite match and that's okay. The bumpers for deadlifting are enough to comfortably lift in the high 400's, but anything after that and the plates won't fit or will fall off mid set. The 8 stack / j... read more

Update needed !!!!!! I've been coming here for about year now and the personnel has definitely changed around here. Everyone's nice && very welcoming they even make it a point to remember your name. Shoutout to the crew here, I like the vibe better than in Anaheim now. All y'all need is a smoothie bar and there won't be a need to make the drive to Anaheim. Tried out the hydro chair today and it was next level, thanks again to Alberto for walking me through how to use it. Shoutout to Alina also for always greeting me every mo... read more

They are in the middle of construction, so a little messy. They relocated the woman's restroom to the mens, and then mens are outside. Other than that it's pretty nice

Amazing gym with an amazing staff! You are always greeted by smiles and friendly vibes from the workers. They truly care about their customers/gym goers and are always helpful. The gym is also always super clean and well maintained. And shoutout to the general manager Tristan for being extra helpful and kind!!
