Great little (all inclusive) gym for the money, the staff is mostly comprised of hard working and attentive folks while keeping a smile on their faces. Cool. Most of us will appreciate this effort but then you will have some that find fault with everything and that is what it is sadly. Salute to any and all in effect just trying to be nice, (as it is not easy working with the public. (Wink) The Be Kind motto could have added in small print "Don't start none....and there won't be none" :) So never give up ppl and never g... read more

The bathrooms and showers are always clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful! It's a bit crowded on weeknights, but worth it.

Chuze Cypress has the nicest staff and they're always so helpful. It's very clean and they always have fun games for members. The classes are fun and challenging. Tristan has the best attitude and is always a pleasure to have a conversation with. This gym is great for beginners and experienced people!

I've been coming to this gym for about 3 years now, and I love it! The place is always clean and all the employees are super friendly and helpful. After my workouts I usually use the sauna to help myself relax and reset for the day, so I highly recommend trying it! Being a college student, they make the prices very affordable for someone like me. I also heard they're doing renovations to make even more improvements and add more equipment. If you're on the fence about whether or not you should sign up, stop stalling and d... read more

Hands down best gym membership worth paying for! 29$ premium membership. Hydro massage. Sauna. Clean. Professional. Not jam packed with meat heads. Super friendly staff.. disregards Covid and you gotta bring your own towel... but the staff does mask up! Alina is the absolute BEST at the front desk. Made it so easy to open a membership up and is so welcoming! Makes coming to the gym less intimidating and more comfortable to get a good workout and 15min PERSONAL sauna at a clean, efficient gym!! I drive 25min to get my workout... read more

I usually go during the week during lunch time. The place is not empty, but not even close to capacity. Easy to get on any cardio and the other machines. Staff is always doing something, greeting guests, and cleaning the facilities. They are also super friendly.
