I canceled my membership back in July 2021 and I saw on my account that they were still charging me so when I gave them a call, Marie helped me out and she did such a great job and she's super kind and I appreciate it a lot. thank you guys!

I love this place but I am stronger than all of their managers especially the tattoo guy! Come here if you love an easygoing and respectful place to get SWOLE

Great staff. Equipment is always very clean and orderly. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. They interact with the members regarding questions or concerns immediately. They've been trained and are managed by a 5 star organization. Give the location a visit and you'll become a member at that moment. And they'll not pressure you at all. They'll just give you the features of the facility and answer questions.
Business response:
Hello William, Thank you for taking the time to leave us this wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you have been enjoying the facility! Thank you for acknowledging the staff and management team! We hope to see you at the gym soon! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness
This location is located between Cerritos and Walker in the city of Cypress...inside a plaza where's other establishments to do or see after getting a workout. Plenty of parking but can be crazy in the morning and depending on the day. Inside can be intimidating for first timers but staff is friendly enough to answer all questions and concerns. Staff are wearing mask for the most part and don't expect patrons to wear one due to updated CDC guidelines. Men's and women's bathroom is right across from each other where the weig... read more

With hours closing at 10pm on Monday thru Thursday and 8 pm the other nights I am getting ready to cancel my membership , these new hours don't work for me because of work hours. I can pay a little bit more for 24 hour access with a pool and basketball courts elsewhere .... but I do want to say that this is a nice inexpensive (if your hours fit in theirs), small, clean gym and super nice employees!!!
Business response:
We're sorry to hear this, Glenn, but completely understand as well. We do look forward to increasing our hours once again, but have not just yet due to the lower demand during those time frames. We'll be sure to keep our members posted once we have the go ahead to extend accordingly. We look forward to that day! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness
I havnt been to the gym in a few weeks but I have been wanting to write a review on Beto. The last time I was there I lost my key at the cypress gym. Beto offered right away to help me find it. He did not give up on finding it! And It took awhile. He finely found it. He is always very friendly and I have seen him help other members also. He is awesome
Business response:
Thanks so much for sharing this, Cindy! We appreciate you giving Beto a shout out! We can't wait to see you again soon! Kind regards, Chuze Fitness
I have been working out at Chuze for years and it just keeps getting better! It is always clean, weights are always where they should be, and they have the friendly staff you will ever meet! My dad, who recently joined Chuze coming from LA fitness, said "I've never been to such a friendly gym! They are like the In n Out of gyms." They will great you with your name, celebrate your victories with you, and are always there to help! Tristan, Darrah, Alina, Alejandro, Beto, Lillian, and every staff member there is incredibly frie... read more

I love coming to this location . One part about this location the staff is very friendly they greet and say bye they actually acknowledge you. In my opinion they do their best to follow all cdc guidelines which makes me feel safe working out here. They are very strict on properly wearing your mask which I love! I actually live in Long Beach and I never mind commuting to this location. I come here everyday. I literally left 24 hour fitness and crunch and I don't regret it. I love that it has a solo sauna which you can't find... read more
