I've been a member of this gym on and off since it opened at the cypress location. Mostly I love this gym but the flaws that kept me from going back were due to private health information being taken from me in order to cancel my membership. I was asked to provide blood work showing I had an autoimmune disease and they had to Google it right in front of me at the cypress location in order to confirm my genetic blood marker was in fact an autoimmune disease. And they had to scan it in to keep my lab work on file. Anyways....... read more

Fantastic coaches leading classes with a wide variety of options for every demographic! Friendly, well trained, wonderful core group of employees! Very helpful and supportive staff. Coach Randee and others are great at what they do and lead exciting, fun classes that give noticeable results! I follow Randee's schedule now and's it's that easy for me to find a workout. I've been a member of this Gym for quite some time and I've been using Garden Grove Gym because it's close to my home and there is a lot of classes that I love to attend. First time I'm using the Cypress location, and I'm surprised by what I saw and what they have it's a little bit fancier for what I've expected to. I tried the foot/leg compressor oh boy! It's so good feeling after work out and the infrared sauna so fabulous and the locker rooms are squeaky cean. It is well worth to drive even miles away from where I live.

Generally good environment outside of peak hours with welcoming staff both when arriving oland leaving. Provides adequate amenities through their recovery studio and sessions. Would rate a full 5 stars but as of late it's been frequent that a majority of the public and free to use lockers are open but unusable due to them being left locked.

This family owned gym is fantastic! Great Facility, create equipment extremely clean, employees are proactive and accommodating. I've been a gym rat for over 30 years, Jack La lane's , LA fitness, sports connection, 24hour Fitness, and several small gyms, they all should check out Chuze and how to run a Gym as well as ChuzeFitness!!!!! Cypress one is my favorite

I have belonged to this gym since it opened, and I always felt comfortable here. It is clean, has a variety of equipment, offers a variety of classes (but I have never taken one), and the staff is always friendly and helpful. But while other reviews laud the Cypress Chuze remodel, I dislike it so much that I haven't been back since it was midway done. I really wanted to love this gym but unfortunately it keeps disappointing me. The staff are nice but eager to leave which I understand but they turn off the TV's 15 min before closing and same for the entire facilities like the sauna. This is an everyday routine and I have gone to several gyms like 24 hour fitness and LA fitness. Most gyms don't start to close until the time of closing but Chuze it's different and that's so unfortunate because it's a great gym except for that minor flaw.
