It's a great place, I've never really gone to a gym. I always was intimidated by all the fit people that knew what they are doing. This Gym has been a great experience. *Staff are always cleaning and ready to help out with any questions. Your always greeted when you arrive and acknowledged when you leave. * Atmosphere is workout oriented, I've seen people from all walks of life at this gym and of all different fitness levels.

For the price this gym is perfect. I mainly do hikes and like to workout outside but I do need to hit the gym once in a while and for 20 bucks a month... this is way better than 24 hour. Cleaner and friendly plus the staff is really nice and the have a ton of classes

Has all the equipment for a great workout yet it's a crowded spot. Hard to get on most of the machines unless you're willing to wait.

I love this gym, the staff are very polite and always helpful. Miles one of the most helpful staff I've ever met, even helped my fiancée and I with all our questions as new members. Definitely would recommend to others.

My wife and I are seniors and work-out 2X per week. We hate working out and try to get our exercise and leave A.S.A.P. Given that, the La Mesa Chuze is great. Lots of machines and weights, and not too many "exhibitionists" who strut around and drop weights. The facility is very clean and I see staff constantly working to keep it that way plus maintaining the equipment. Chuze Fitness in La Mesa is a very newbie-friendly gym. They offer many training classes for beginners. If you are a serious lifter like myself, this gym is NOT for you. I tried it out today and I will say that I am not going back. Before I continue, I would like to say that the gym is very clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Nothing wrong there. I love ChuzeFitness. Very clean always has parking and a whole variety of different machines to work out. The staff is so nice and super helpful. I wish they stayed open later tho :(

Great gym. My only problem is the time it closes is too early. Should close at 10 or 11 not 8. This may make me chancel my membership! :(

I have been a Chuze La Mesa member for several years now. I have attended many gyms in my lifetime and this is the best one ever!!! Their equipment is new and up to date, their facility is spotlessly clean and their management team and support team are friendly. There is always someone at the desk to answer questions.
