I just wanted to say thank you guys for everything, you guys are an amazing teamwork, especially Jose Ramirez, I was doing some cardio and I felt a little bit dizzy Because I didn't eat all day so Jose came up to me and asked me if I was okay. He automatically went and got me some water. That shows you how professional and amazing it is to be there. Everybody is very friendly and professional. Will always be my favorite place

machines are in good condition, the lockers are spacious and the showers and toilets are always clean, with paper and hand soap. Very nice and nice people. The only problem is getting used to the temperature at the top, where the treadmills, bicycle and elliptical are located. When you have been running for a while you can feel the heat and it is a bit difficult to breathe well, but you have to understand that it is near the showers and it is normal so that there is no sudden change in temperature.

So far, so good! Joined this gym a week ago and have gone four times. My first impressions are: 1. The staff is very friendly and welcoming 2. The gym is very clean and the staff are periodically cleaning it 3. It is a smaller gym and it does tend to get crowded 4. The hydromassage (included with upgraded membership) has been beneficial after working out and has helped me with my regular back pain 5. I love that the upgraded membership includes free guests so my sister and cousins can join me on occasion All in all, every... read more

Great gym, very clean space, awesome staff. Highly recommend. They only allow a certain number of members at a time to allow for social distancing which is great. Members are also respectful of each other's space.

If you're looking for a sign to get a gym membership here, THIS IS IT! I've belonged to this gym for 6+ years now and have never ever ever had a problem. Throughout the years, the staff have remembered my name and have always been helpful, professional, sweet, and motivating. I even feel safe coming here during the pandemic! For my work, I am required to get tested every 2 weeks and have been going to the gym about 4-5 days a week, I have never tested positive! That should say something about the cleanliness and safety of ... read more
