Finally got back to workout after gaining a few pounds- no, more like 15lbs-during gym closure. New gym, new faces, new equipment? I was pleasantly surprised by overall cleanliness of the facility and the friendly staff. Special shout-out to Myles who got me initiated to the gym protocols with a smile. Just so happy to workout in a safe, clean, and friendly environment. Parking is great- no circling or fit into tight spot. Overall, 5star in all category!

I'm not a member but I've been here a few times as a guest and I just bought a pass again since my actual gym that's paid for is currently closed still. Thanks to Covid19 we now have better respiratory fitness and my co2 level is off the charts. Staff Carlos got me in pretty easy. Thanks! This gym is great for all levels except if you're a 6'10 300lb powerlifter, go elsewhere hulk. Your use of chalk here is unnecessary. Cleanest gym I've been to . Affordable price , professional staff . Super friendly. Love how they also say hello and good bye by name . I think that goes along way. The best parts friendliness . professional and love the sanitation.Recently renovated.

Talk about some bad timing. I entered into a membership with Chuze because I was getting bored with my other gym. And it was closer to my work than the other gym. That was at the end of January. I literally had only used the gym three times before the COVID-19 SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus pandemic basically shut down every gym in the greater San Diego and East County areas. Glad to be back! Had a membership about six years ago and cancelled once I moved out of La Mesa. Now that I'm back in the area, I'm happy to be back exercising here! The recent renovations are awesome - the infrared sauna and hydro massage are great amenities. The staff is super friendly. I'm usually here between 3:30-4:30 during the week and it definitely is busier when I'm leaving. I haven't tried any of the classes yet but so far, I higjly recommend getting a membership!

I have a tl;dr over at Chuze Fitness Mission Valley and that 5 star review definitely applies to all the locations. In particular, I've been frequenting La Mesa lately and the service has been amazing. They've been very patient with all my questions and have taken the time (even during busy hours) to show me where and how the amenities and equipment works. Everything is slightly different than my normal locations, so I appreciate the staff taking the time to get me accustomed to this location!

I wish they have a way to track people for max of 15min at the sauna because its getting crowded. They are trying UJam but I much prefer Zumba which cover more variety of dances around the world and more feminine & help my posture because we are forced to stand/dance w/ straight posture gracefully.

This is a good gym. Very clean, friendly front door staff and rock bottom prices. Plenty of treadmills to go around and a convenient location right of the 8 highway! Hooray for CHUZE fitness especially if you're chuzey like me! Get it? chuzey?
