Getting back to working out after being on a long break wasn't easy--especially as a cancer survivor. But with Omar as my personal trainer, everything changed! He is extremely attentive, supportive, and full of positive energy -- exactly what I needed to get back on track. After just a few sessions, I already feel stronger, more confident, and motivated. I highly recommend Omar to anyone who wants to improve their health and well-being. And I truly believe: regular exercise is one of the best ways to prevent cancer.

After an abysmal breakdown at the front desk last week I spent a week driving to another gym to work out. Today I retuned and Jose the GM was at the front desk. He stopped me and did exactly what I was looking for. I hope he can get his style of customer service trained into his staff. The gym is extremely nice and clean. The workers are very helpful and everyone shares. It has a tanning bed and water massage chairs. W gym.
