Absolutely love this place. We've been members here for about 10 years. This review is way over due. Can't thank them enough for helping us keep our insanity during the COVID debacle. Thank you Chuze Fitness for providing a great clean facility with the best staff (you are greatly appreciated!!).
Business response:
Hi Eli, Thank you for your continued loyalty over the past 10 years! Your review means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing to be a part of your fitness journey! We look forward to seeing you again soon! Warm regards, Chuze Fitness
I've been coming here for 3ish years. I frigging love it! The staff is always greeting me by name. Always a hello and goodbye. They recently switched to wipes instead of the spray and paper towels! Aye yah! But that just means I gotta bring a towel like I should be anyway. They got dumbbells from I think 5lbs all the way to 100lbs. 2 squat racks, 1 deadlift platform and 2 benches. 2 different levels. 1st floor is half cardio, treadmill, stepsister, etc. Other half is weights. Top floor had a row cardio machines facing down... read more

I am very pleased with this place my son and my family used to be members for the last 3 years. Jessica the manager was absolutely friendly and professional and accommodate my son schedule perfectly.

La Mesa Chuze is one of the cleanest gyms I've ever been apart of. ALL of the staff is amazing, everyone greets you, and no matter the time of day you always see the staff attending to the gym. They are either wiping equipment down or swiffering something. Jose the manager is hands on with everything. If lead by example was a person, it would be Jose! Vee, Jess, Will! All of them 10/10
Business response:

This is the best gym I've been to in San Diego. I've tried 24, LA fitness, planet etc. The cleanliness doesn't compare to other gyms. The staff are so friendly and they really work hard to keep the gym clean and equipment in good shape. I want to thank you for your hard work. I've been to disgusting gyms in the past and none of them compare to Chuze La Mesa. It's also very big and has a sauna. I've been coming here since 2016.
Business response:
Hi Raman! Thank you for sharing the love with us and thank you for giving our staff a shout out! We’ll be excited to share this review with them.
I have been coming here for over 4 years and love this place. Clean and staffs are friendly. It has always been a 5 stars for me but i was shocked to be harassed after i asked for additional assistance. That behavior and mentality needs to change. I understand you maybe understaff, busy and have a rough day but at the end of the day we as a customer just asking for help, Cmon now. Yes we asked you and may need to ask others for help. Just go on about your day and improved your customer service. You have a nice day sir!
