Victoria and lauren are the best!! They're always so friendly and helpful. And anytime I want to make a purchase or book a spa bed any associate helps immediately.

I cannot say enough about this gym and it's staff. This is one of the best gyms I've ever been to and it's all because of the leadership of Jose, the manager and his amazing staff. From the moment you come in with their amazing greeting, great attitude, to their constant cleaning and upkeep throughout the entire day. And always always well wishes on your way out. Equipment is always kept up, never broken. If anything is broken it is fixed in a timely manner. I wish every location was ran like Grossmont Chuze

I love the mission valley location. Everyone's so friendly and always quick to help. It's super clean and i just feel like the people that go there are more conscious about cleaning after themselves.
The Staff is always so professional greeting everybody as well as 2 people are consistently cleaning all the Machines! The bathroom is super clean as well!

I've been going to Chuze La Mesa on and off since they opened. Right now I'm back on. They did a nice remodel a few years ago and it's really nice now. They have saunas, more massage beds, and upgraded their tanning beds. I really like how they have the massage beds now. It's relaxing and not as sterile feeling. The machines are good. They have upgraded a few of the treadmills, which are really nice and smooth. They keep everything clean and are always friendly. I wish they had a few more spin class options, but it's all g... read more

Hi Johnna! We really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a 5-star review on Yelp! We are happy to have you as part of the Chuze fam, and we are thrilled to hear you are enjoying all the amenities the club has to offer! -Chuze La Mesa Management
So I love this gym because it's very clean and the equipment is nice too. It's just always packed with people and if your a person on a time crunch with a specific work out definitely don't get a membership here because you probably will always have to improvise and that's frustrating since a lot of people equals 85% of the equipment is being used. There is only 3 squat bars and that's also a big factor only so many machines and they have a huge amount of ppl going every hour.
Business response:
Hi Jasmine! Thanks so much for your review! Your feedback regarding equipment has been passed on to the team. We hope you've been able to visit us and get a work out in on the 'off-peak' hours as well! -Chuze La Mesa Management
I have been a member here for a couple of years now. The equipment is well maintained and the gym is continuously being cleaned. The staff are friendly.

Hi Leslie! Thank you so much for the 5-star Yelp review! We really appreciate it! -Chuze La Mesa Management
The low ratings on this gym really surprise me. I've been going to this location for about a year and I honestly really enjoy it. Yes like all gyms 4-8pm are peak hours and very busy but the most I've ever had to wait is maybe 5-8 minutes for a machine during that time. I've been going early in the morning around 5:30am and it's almost always empty! I'd say most people here are dedicated to their fitness and very respectful I've never had an issue with anyone here. Also I'd say 90% of people here rerack their weights which i... read more
