Comfort and descent stay for Reno standards . Customer service is lack luster at best . Maybe focus on personal customer service . No water in rooms, it was one step up from a motel 6 or a Howard Johnson. The hotel as a whole needs some love and attention , overhaul and rediculous of the amount of word levels and steps there are (parking garage to hotel. In hotel at each end of the skywalk, the escalalators in the main casino floor etc. its too much !

Stay was okay for 1 night We were in the sky tower in last room at the end of the hall. Walking distance to the casino and restaurants were a little far and walking up the stairs with our luggage was an inconvenience The food at the cafe was excellent and the staff was pleasant
