Will happily book again! No complaints. Honestly, everything was great. I was happy with my room, the water pressure, the smell, and the staff.

Overall, it was good stay and very good location. The room lacked basic amenities. The bathroom had only toilet paper; there was no shower cap or toothbrush. Complimentary bottled water was also not provided. It’s conveniently located near University of Nevada, Reno.”

Location is great, our room was spacious, clean and luxury. Our stay didn't include breakfast, we ate in the food court area. Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful. We went for a walk in the night, it felt safe. The accommodation was close many good eating places and other shops.

Exceptional Circus is circus. Don't stay here expecting a 5tar stay. It's very convenient and a great location for downtown Reno

Pleasant
Good The bed was hard. Our room was in the tower with the parking lot, across the street from the casino. They offered to put us in a room in the tower on the casino side of the street for an additional $20, but we declined. When we went to our room, a strange couple (they looked homeless) followed us into the elevator, then followed us off the elevator and down the hallway, then acted as if they had the room next to ours, but couldn't get in to the room. It made us feel very uncomfortable. Good, central location in Reno.
