Good value stay in Reno We found the staff we engaged with to be efficient but not particularly friendly/welcoming. We arrived an hour early and were told our room was ready but it was an extra $10 for early check in so we went for a walk until our check in time. Seems like a penny pinching policy - if the room is ready, it makes no odds to the hotel to get you checked in slightly earlier. Lovely clean and very spacious room with a super comfortable bed.

It was fine A Room that was not right by the ice machine would probably have been more quiet and comfortable. My room was right by the ice machine and elevator, and it was too noisy which made it difficult to sleep at night.
