Exceptional I was nicely surprised that they had a small kurig coffee machine, instead of the small regular coffee pots. Only 2nd place I have stayed at had that upgraded. Clean room with view of Reno. Lots of choices of restaurants and different activities for all family members. Husband and I would stay here again.

Exceptional I didn't like going threw booking when we accidentally made a mistake online they couldn't fix it and just gave us the run around it sucks

Good location but scruffy Room was scruffy. Marks on walls, stains on carpets. Not enough staff. Cigarette smoke pervasive throughout property. Good location
