Excellent The sink and mirror separated in the bathroom. Makes it a Little odd to shave The staff was excellent. Kichi was awsome!!!

Exceptional Elevators weren't working properly on the south tower and I asked for a 1 king bed n ended up getting 2 double. I used the kiosk, instead of checking in with the front desk. A nice upgrade since the last time I stayed there.

Good Stay near to the Casinos and Lake Tahoe The Check-In process should be better and the reception team should be friendly to the customers. Room was good with a wonderful City view. The bed was comfortable and its clean. Hotel has the Casino and other casinos as well nearby. Its a nice wonderful stay in Reno and to visit Lake Tahoe which is 1 hour drive.
