Was in town from Chicago and brought our puppy with.City Bark was very flexible and made the day care process easy and accessible despite our busy travel schedule
Most doggy daycares have staff that like dogs way more than humans. This place likes dogs AND humans. Love the location, but can get kind of congested trying to get out of there. Found a back way under the bridge when I don't want to deal with 8th Ave. I totally trust them with my little one. They've always gotten right back to me with any concerns I had and are very accommodating.
They always take good care of my murphy ! He is happy to go ! They have Poole there also which he loves !!!!
My pup always has a great time here. It is a little pricey but the space is always really clean and I know my dog is going to have attention and a clean atmosphere!
I'm so excited that we found City Bark for our pup! Thanks Yelpers! We'd been kenneling & taking him to day care at a PetSmart, but started noticing that every time we picked him up - he'd practically run outside to go pee. It really made me feel bad like he wasn't getting as many potty outings as he should've been. I also felt like it was really expensive that for what you were getting. Anyway, enter City Bark! Maxine and I love City Bark. She cannot go as often as she would like as I am currently unemployed, but I take here there as often as I can justify it. The people are super nice and even though she is not a regular, most of them know who she is and really adore her. I wish it were closer to home but there are no daycare facilities that I know of in Congress Park. I also tried Fetcher's and was not as pleased with them. We love City Bark! The staff is so friendly, the facility is clean and spacious for our Doberdane Rosie to run and play all day. City Bark answered our prayers for a place to take our pup twice a week while we are at work. She comes home totally exhausted from so much fun. Yeah, it's a bit expensive, but SO worth it.
City Bark was the first doggie daycare that Yogi went to 10 years ago. There are many things that sets them apart from other pooch centers . Nicole and her staff are experts in animal behavior and that is huge for me. That is just one thing. Yogi's brother , Buddah , also goes to city bark to play. I appreciate the opportunity to share my opinion with those of you that are considering city bark. Please go check it out and you will find that it is a safe place with a caring staff.
I've never had an overnight experience like this for my pup. She had her own, very large room (not a crate). She could go outside on her own when she chose. I picked this room, because she loves laying in the sun, but if you prefer, there are rooms with tv's for background noise for your babies. During the day/playtime, the dogs aren't given forced rest/time in their rooms (again not crates!!) unless you ask. Most other places do have rest time and my pup just loves to play.
