I have lived here for almost a decade now, and over time, things bust. I had trouble with my kitchen sink which prevented me from being able to use it fully. I placed a ticket in the evening and Jesse from maintenance was there the very next morning to assist. He was so kind, understanding, and prepared. I do not have enough kind words to express the great appreciation I have for Ms. Sharonette Smart, leasing professional at Clairmont at Brier Creek Apartments. I experienced a devastating loss when my home flooded from rain brought to the area from hurricane Chantal. The rain produced flooding in several counties including Durham where I lived. As usual, Frank delivers the very best service. Our air conditioner froze up last night and thankfully we had fans we could use until Frank could come to our rescue this morning. In less than an hour we were up and running again! Thank you Frank! As always, you're the best!
