Harry did a fantastic job fixing our kitchen sink drain blade. The issue was causing water to log and slowing down drainage, but he quickly diagnosed and resolved it efficiently. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to show me a quick trick to fix it myself in the future—super helpful!

I put a maintenance request for my stove top. Frank came to my apt a few days later with the parts and fixed it. Looks like new. I've lived here 11 years the maintenance dept has always done a great job.

I had two issues pop-up with my sink. Frances was fast, attentive, and resolved the problem in less than 24 hours. after submitting the request. Something I really appreciated about her service was explaining how she came to diagnose the problem and how to avoid similar issues in the future.

I cannot say enough nice things about Clairmont at Briar Creek! Not only is it a quiet and safe place to live, but the staff is amazing. Any time I contact maintenance, they always come out and fix whatever I need, no matter how small it is. Every person on the maintenance staff has gone above and beyond to help. They are very conscientious of my space and the fact that I have a cat. They are good people!

Arrived home from work late to find the AC out. Called answering service and Frank from Maintenance responded within a few minutes. Frank came over and had the issue resolved in 10 minutes. Very professional and kind. Thank you Frank!

Veronica is the best, She was professional, patient, and made my moving experience easy, and stress free. My apartment is beautiful, spacious and Everything I needed and more.
