Well what canI sayI am finallyhome it started with the beautiful leasing agent name Sharonette. She was the first person that I met that showed joy with what she is doing. She took time to get me what I needed & I would like to thank her. Also meeting the manager who also lives there was a plus. All the ladies and other staff are great. Large roomy apartments with a homey feel I am happy. And my grandson loves the amenities too. Great location.

Clairmonut management done a awesome job for arranging pumpkin painting and snaks. Especially, kids have lot fun with pumpkin painting. We had great moments and enjoyed a lot..thank you Clairmonut.😊

I have lived in the community a lil over 2 years and I have had a positive experience. The entire leasing team is helpful and trully care about the tenants. The rent has remained affordable compared to other apartment complexes in the Brier Creek area. I have enjoyed the many events hosted by the team. My only ask is to bring back the food truck day with more vendors next year, that was a nice way to meet some of your neighbors while enjoying delicious food.

I have lived in this community for several years and absolutely love it. What I like the most about this community is the peace, the responsive maintenance staff, the location and proximity to grocery stores, shopping, and fine dining, and most of all, during renewals, they consider loyal tenants and never raise unreasonable rent prices. I have lived here for almost a decade now, and over time, things bust. I had trouble with my kitchen sink which prevented me from being able to use it fully. I placed a ticket in the evening and Jesse from maintenance was there the very next morning to assist. He was so kind, understanding, and prepared. He read through my ticket and took proactive action to have exactly what was needed to address the issue. I am so grateful for Jesse and the quick action here.
