Within 30 minutes of my emergency , after hours call for a flood in my kitchen, I was greeted with ,”Frank!” I can’t begin to tell you how relieved I was. Bottom line kitchen sink needed to be replaced. This was the start of the weekend…ughhh! First thing Monday morning I was delighted to see Frank. Bright and cheery and helpful as ever. Sink replaced!!! Thank you Frank for your efficiency, kindness and always leaving your work environment spotless. You’re a Gem!!!!

This is by far one of the best moves I have ever made! The office staff is amazing and the apartments are spacious and luxurious! I’m ready to have a great year at the Clairmont!

I have lived here now for a couple months and have loved it. Now even a little more because of Frank, one of the maintenance techs. My AC unit went out on one of the hottest days of the year. Frank came out 10:30 pm and then came back the next morning on July 4th and spent the entire day trying to get it fixed. He never complained, he didn't aCt annoyed And didn't get frustrated when he couldn't get it to work. He was super great and I can't thank him enough.

Love this apartment complex! The staff are so friendly, professional, and helpful! We just moved in, and although there was a list of maintenance items needed, they promptly got them scheduled and taken care of for us! Frank, our maintenance tech, was fantastic. Super attentive to detail, very skilled in his craft, and didn’t settle for “good enough” he made sure everything was perfect! Jessica in the office also made move-in a breeze! Thank you all! Highly recommend this apartment complex!

I’ve never been helped with such great customer service as I experienced with Veronica. She helped guide me through the whole process of getting a home here very quickly and easily answered all of my questions leaving no doubt. The absolute best customer service I’ve ever had!!
