The process from the start was priceless Mrs Shelli and Jessica the ladies were great. Just as I was about to give up, prayers was answered. Kudoooos to the entire team members of CBC Community. It was all a dreamed when the keys were handed over. Beautiful Area and Quiet . Shhhhh I love it !!! Always welcoming from the start.

I’ve been a resident for almost 2 years, and this has been the best living experience I’ve had in any apartment complex I’ve lived in. For starters, the office staff has always been cordial and inviting whenever I enter the office. The maintenance staff is very trustworthy, friendly, and very prompt when responding to maintenance requests. I recently had an issue with my A/C and maintenance stayed on it everyday until the issue was resolved. I can’t personally say I’ve had a bad day with them if I needed them. I just moved in a few days now and thanks to Veronica, the process was flawless. She was very patient and guided me through the whole process. I love my apartment which was very clean and its very quiet and cozy. I love it here!!!

We've been having issues with our AC unit so I made an appt this morning. Becca (I believe her name was) was very polite and helpful while submitting my work request. Maintenance came out within a timely manner to resolve all of our problems. Very personable, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you.

I relocated from NY 4 years ago, and I simply love my apartment. The office staff, Pam, Dion, and Jessica, were so easy to work with. They made my move smooth and pleasant. Since then, the new other office staff Veronica and Chris have been equally pleasant to work with. The maintenance staff is very attentive to request in a timely manner, which I appreciate, especially living alone. I really love my living space. This, for me, is my forever home.
