I am very impressed with Clairmont at Perry Creek apartment's maintenance service. I asked for assistance and they promptly addressed my issue the same day. I have been in this complex for 3 years going on 4 and I have enjoyed living in this this community. Never had an issue with anyone. The maintenance workers are exceptional and the office management as well. I want to give a shout out to all the maintenance workers who work so hard when we call upon you. I am pleased with the work my dryer works again with out cutting off. The frame is no longer coming apart and it was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the effort and dedication to fixing people’s things on time .

It has not been quite a year since living here at Clairmont but I’m still pleased with my living quarters! So much that I decided to renew for another year! Clairmont staff really tries to keep the residents happy by keeping up with the grounds, responding to maintenance requests in rapid time, and engaging the residents with events & activities. This apartment complex has been awesome. The maintenance is great and timely. I don't remember waiting more than two days for maintenance to come and fix utilities. The office staff is friendly and always helpful. The amenities are also really nice, especially during the summer when everyone gathers around the pool and grills nice food. Overall it's a great place to stay.
