It has not been quite a year since living here at Clairmont but I’m still pleased with my living quarters! So much that I decided to renew for another year! Clairmont staff really tries to keep the residents happy by keeping up with the grounds, responding to maintenance requests in rapid time, and engaging the residents with events & activities. This apartment complex has been awesome. The maintenance is great and timely. I don't remember waiting more than two days for maintenance to come and fix utilities. The office staff is friendly and always helpful. The amenities are also really nice, especially during the summer when everyone gathers around the pool and grills nice food. Overall it's a great place to stay.
I toured this property this past weekend. Dimi Hoskins made an excellent first impression. She was informative and thorough. Relocating back to Raleigh soon. Definitely liked what I saw at this community. Thank you Dimi!
Dion at Clairmont at Perry Creek is an awesome person to work with. He has been so helpful and always try’s to make sure everything is straight.
Dimi Hoskins is a great Leasing Consultant. She answered all of our questions and even Let us know about the specials they had going on. I would recommend anybody to speak to her or really anyone in the office.
Great staff manager and staff are nice and willing to work with you. Great place to live close to the highway to get to Newyork
