This is my first apartment and Dion helped me every step of the way. He didn’t miss a beat when I emailed him about questions or concerns. It was a great. I have no complaints.

Moved in last month and have had a very pleasant move in experience with Dion. Dimi and Jeannie have also been very helpful in the office. Everyone is very attentive of my needs. Beautiful apartment with plenty of room.

Everyone here is great!!! 😊 The staff in site are all very helpful with sense of urgency. I have t had any issues thus far. Any issues or concerns are addressed immediately or as soon as possible. Quiet neighborhood. Haven’t had any issues with neighbors. My experience here has been and continues to be pleasurable.

User I usually do not write reviews; however, I have to tell my testimony about how good the heavenly father is. I've lived at the Clairmont Perry Creek apartments for over 4yrs and never had issues. This is a safe and friendly place to live. The management and maintenance teams have helped me tremendously throughout my stay here. I also love my neighbors. They are quiet but friendly as well. We all look out for each other from time to time. Please do not hesitate to come and tour the grounds. The amenities are great!!!!
