User I usually do not write reviews; however, I have to tell my testimony about how good the heavenly father is. I've lived at the Clairmont Perry Creek apartments for over 4yrs and never had issues. This is a safe and friendly place to live. The management and maintenance teams have helped me tremendously throughout my stay here. I also love my neighbors. They are quiet but friendly as well. We all look out for each other from time to time. Please do not hesitate to come and tour the grounds. The amenities are great!!!!

Hello, My move experience was a very awesome one from start to finish. The office staff were very welcoming and very professional. The people that work here are very helpful and accommodating. I have had a few questions since moving in last month and they are always helpful with the answers. The apartment itself is good. The parking is 100% fine for me, as it depends on which building you live in, but there is ample parking everywhere. The dumpster is fully 100% working, but there are unfortunately tenants that leave the trash Outside of the dumpster, and that is a huge shame. I have lived here for a few months now and love it. The move in process was very simple and easy due to Dion in the leasing office! He was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. Another thing I loved is the units extra storage, spacious pantry. If you are looking for a great leasing office, nice unit and a safe place to live, I would recommend this place!
