Claudio was one of three lenders our realtor recommended and his quick responsiveness and exemplary knowledge of VA loan programs made our decision to utilize his services easy (my husband is a disabled veteran). We have done purchases and refinances in the past, but none of them were done better than with Claudio and his team at People's Home Equity. Claudio and his assistant, Nicole, were amazingly responsive, incredibly helpful, and willing to take time to explain anything we needed help with. The closing was wonderfully easy and was even done in our own home. Don't bother shopping around! This is the best person you can possibly deal with when looking for a mortgage.
