This was our first home and we are so glad we went with Nathan at ClearPath! He helped us throughout the whole process and always made sure to keep us in the loop. They are extremely helpful right from start to finish and helped explain the entire mortgage process to me along with answering any questions I had. We greatly enjoyed working with Nathan and the Clearpath team. He made the mortgage process transparent and as easy as possible. He was available to run numbers and provide advice whenever we even considered buying a home. He helped us map out our budget, and understand the variables that determine mortgage rates and monthly payment. As he hope, all of our costs came in lower than anticipated - there were only good surprises on closing day! We can't recommend him and Clearpath enough.
