Mike and Kate at ClearPath Mortgage Solutions were fantastic. In my particular situation, I had to move quickly on a house and Mike ended up getting me pre-approved for a mortgage on a Sunday afternoon. They continuously went above and beyond to make sure documentation was up to date throughout the process and all situations were thoroughly explained. The lender Mike set me up with gave us a great interest rate and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend ClearPath to anyone seeking to buy a home!

I was a little skeptical of using a Mortgage Broker company against the traditional banking institutions that I was used to, however, after meeting Nathan Averill face to face, all my fears that I would not get a fair deal were washed away. Nathan was more helpful than the other 5 people I gave a chance to be my loan officer. I was referred to him and I couldn’t be happier. He blew everyone else out of the water. Whether it was rate, closing costs, professionality, or even as far as just listening and understanding needs, he was the best. I wouldn’t have rather gone through anyone else. Mike and his team do things differently (in a good way). Mike and his fine professional team were able to make home buying a nearly effortless process. Everything was outlined and set forth before the nitty gritty began. Advice to wait was prudent. Then, the right house popped up. Done deal. The closing was less than 6 weeks from when I said that we had to make it happen. The team knows how to make technology work to keep you in the loop.
