On July 15, 2022 I placed a call to Climate Control and requested a repair on the air conditioner at one of my rentals. The repair was scheduled for July 29, two weeks later. The repairman told me that the dual capacitor was bad and the cost to replace would be $282, he then proceeded to tell me the total cost would be $492. The extra $210 is called a service fee.
