I have been with Climate Control through two furnaces (more than 25 years). My most recent involved a repair to my exterior thermostat on my heat pump. Tbe technician was fast friendly, and got the job down, consistent with my past experience with the company.

I had an excellent experience in bringing my business for replacing our furnace and air conditioning units to Climate Control. They provide such good quality products, the professionalism that comes with the services are beyond amazing, I had other companies come and install units before and had nothing but problems, I called and they would avoid my request for help. With this company after installation I've had no issues and the owner has checked in on me a few times. So greatful to have found climate comfort.

We have used Climate Control to service our heating/cooling system for over 20 years. A few years ago they installed a new system when the original system failed. Every encounter with them has been excellent--good communication, reasonable price, fair assessment of any problems that arise. They rarely identify a problem--they do not "invent" issues just to create a service charge. If they do identify a problem, they explain what it is and show me the worn out parts. They helped me with a warranty claim for part of it because the system was fairly new and every other company I called wanted significantly more for the repair. Climate Control installed a Carrier Infinity heat pump for us this past spring and I was impressed with their work. We had gone to them because they had one in stock and our prior firm gave us a 5 month leadtime. Unfortunately we had some work done on our gas furnace by Service Now (our prior HVAC contractor who installed it) and they botched the job to the extent we needed to replace it, so we opted to have Climate Control install a new furnace.
