Love the doctor that we have here. However, after the new ownership some of the staff have changed and not liking what I see right now. I am first time dad and the office experience was great the first two visits, but they partnered with a new LLC and lots of staff changed and the service is not what it used to be. They do not speak in a friendly or warm tone, it's very business like "here you go, NEXT IN LINE" type of service. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Watson and the whole staff and Surf City. Dr. Watson is the sweetest and always makes me feel heard as a parent. She really takes the time to listen to concerns and has never made me feel like I'm a crazy first time mom over silly things. Everyone has always been very friendly. I love that I am always able to get a same day appt when needed. I have recommend Surf City to all my new mom friends, and they all have had amazing experiences as well.

We love this office so much!! The office staff is always so nice, they get us in quickly and give the best care. The nurses are all so sweet and great with the kids. Dr. Pepek is our doctor and she is incredible. She's always so patient and takes the time to listen to us and answer all our questions. They are simply the best.

My children have been going to surf city since they were born and we have been very happy with them until about 1- 1.5 years ago. Has nothing to do with masks, pandemic or calling when arriving for our appt, if anything I respect that they tried to keep everyone safe. There was a change in ownership and I notice some new front office staff started. My sons have received wonderful care throughout the 21 years we have been going to Surf City Pediatrics. The front office staff and physicians are all outstanding, I highly recommend this office for your children's care. The providers listen carefully to the patient / parent and provide clear prognosis and follow up when needed.
Dr. Bennett is kind and knowledgeable. Their PA is also great. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with the office and the staff. I highly recommend this office! I take both of my children here!
As a registered nurse, I can be a pretty harsh critic of medical practices. I notice every detail. But, I've never loved a medical practice more Than Surf City Pediatrics. Dr. Bennett is incredible. She has such a sunny disposition and is an incredible pediatrician. Being my first child, it's easy to overthink and worry but every time I leave their office I feel reassured and leave with a game plan. I am so thankful for her to be in Remi's life for so many years to come.
