Dr Kasamatsu is the best pediatrician! All three of my kids go to her. She's so caring, kind and gentle with children. She takes the time to listen to your concern and doesn't rush you Thru your appointment. Also the nurse helpline is very helpful. They always s call back right away every time I leave a message.

We've been seeing Dr. Tioleco-Cheng for a year and a half and she has always been so wonderful. I love this office for always being helpful in answering my first time mom questions over the phone and helping me as much as the they can. Our appointments are always quick and efficient. I just wish I could come here as an adult patient

Read some of these reviews and I had to write my own review now. We have been coming here for 10 years with two boys. We see Dr Kasamatsu but we have on occasion seen some of the other doctors and have dealt with a lot of the staff over the years. People. Please. This is a doctors office. You are dealing with sick babies and kids. And stressed out parents...with sick kids. From what I have observed everyone here is doing their best. We have been seeing Dr Pepek since our kids were born, currently 2 and 4. Usually very timely and good appointment availability. All staff is very friendly and helpful. We love surf city pediatrics!

All three of my children, ages 13 down to 5 months, are patients here and my experiences have always been positive. The care of the nurses and doctors is second to none, from routine checkups to responding when I gave birth to my 3rd in the hospital. The nurses have saved me visits to the office on more than one occasion by taking the time to listen and lend advice on the phone and the doctors have been super informative as my oldest went from child to teenage girl.

We love Dr Pepek and her staff and have been going here for 8 years since my oldest child was born. The doctors and nurses are wonderful. I trust them and they listen. I have never had an issue with the front staff. They have been efficient and courteous and over the years I've gotten to know quite a few of them well. Reading some of the other reviews who haven't had a similar experience, I'm inclined to point out that if you follow basic social rules of politeness to others you won't have a problem either.

Dr. Bennett has been my children's pediatrician since birth. I love her to death, she is wonderful, but we haven't been able to see her for years due to timing conflicts and the fact that she is so wonderful, she is just that hard to get an appointment with. Today we had an appointment with Dr. Tioleco-Cheng. She is also fabulous! She communicates well and made my very shy daughter feel very comfortable. This is no small feat. Everyone at surf city pediatrics is amazing. Coming from another Doctor for my son I was so hesitant on leaving but Surf City Pediatrics doctors and employees were very friendly and accomodating. They return my emergency phone calls right away. Best choice I ever made for my son.
