Listed and sold my home with David and his team. They went above and beyond what most realtors do to sell a house. From list to close it took about 10 weeks which is think was pretty good. If you are trying to sell a house, I really recommend going with David.

Me and my husband recently closed a home with Paul. He is the guy for your home selling buy needs. Knowledgeable, professional, answered all questions. I could not have asked for a better person. His communication is excellent, meaning he was always available by phone, text, and email. No matter what he got back to us in a timely manner. David and Tyler were a pleasure to work with. Very professional and went above and beyond to help me sell my home. It took longer than any of us expected, but that was no fault of David and team, and once I was able to get an offer rolling on the house David and Tyler ensured that the sell went as seamlessly as possible. They are a great Real Estate Professional team and I will be using them again when I look for another home.

There were many issues with getting our loan which took 10 weeks to complete which had nothing to do with the Agent, however, in the end we were able to get our house and the Agent Paul Gallegos was very helpful in doing that.

David is a great guy to work with. As a first home buyer he took the time to explain every detail. David got a great understanding of what I wanted and he wasn't going to stop until he found it.
