Fabian did a thorough job. On time and professional. Cleaned two mattresses which aren't easy to remove stains 100%. But the outcome I'm happy with. Even took before and after photos for me Awesome! I recommend him .Thank you again Fabian.
Tony was on time and efficient and friendly. He reinstalled Roman shades which were cleaned at COIT.
Fabian came out today to clean 4 rooms. What a great guy. On time! Verrrry thorough and responsive. He took us through each step and showed us what he was doing along the way. He double checked when he was done and even went back over a few of the tougher parts. He cared and it showed. I hope someone at COIT gives him righteous kudos. I have been very happy with my experience with COIT, all around and would recommend them. Without exception, communication and customer service from COIT has been excellent 1. The technician who did my initial estimate and then came back to steam clean my wall to wall carpets was Nio (sp?). He was professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
