This is the first time we are using Coit. We had seen the commercials, but never really thought about using their services. My wife wanted to get air ducts cleaned. Chris Cleveland was the technician doing the work. We are very happy with his work and how he took the time to explain everything in simple terms. This is one of the employees that give the company a good image since he is representing them. This also shows how the company is hiring good employees to do the work.

Mike Smith was amazing - professional, courteous, honest - and went above and beyond doing great work in quick time. Mike cleaned our dryer vent out, and explained ahead of time each step he was going to take with a clear price up front based on the time required to do the job right. He cleaned the vent pipe, the extra fan, and the fan section of our dryer. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Coit for hvac/air duct cleaning. Ask for Mike Smith, he is the best! He was extremely thorough and listened to my concerns about my pregnancy asthma. Mike took his time and made sure everything was done thoroughly and properly which I really appreciate!!!

5 stars for general service and a major shout out for the specialist who came to clean the ducts today at our newly purchased house in Kensington! His name is Chris Cleveland. He's relatively new to the job but does excellent work: careful and fast, plus he's easy-going and very responsive to questions, making sure everything is working, etc. Ask for him by name, I found him quite superior to other duct cleaners who have come to my houses in the past.

I've used COIT a few times for carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. They are more expensive than smaller local companies for carpet cleaning but they did a good job. Very impressed with the duct cleaning. Mike Smith went above and beyond in thoroughly cleaning out all the ducts, dryer vent, exhaust fans and changing my furnace filter. Great job!

Emanuel (carpet cleaner ) was great today he was on time and had all his equipment he was very fast and my carpet was supper clean he did way better than the previous places I have went to thank you so much for the service

I had Ray come out this past Thursday to clean couple of sofas and my carpet in the living room and stairs. I have used Stanley Steamer in the past and was pleased, but I won't go back after seeing what Ray did. He explained the differences in cleaning techniques, and why it would be beneficial to use one versus another depending on the type of material cleaned. He showed up on time and handled everything in a timely manner. He was professional, informative, and took pride in his work. He ensured I understood the drying time... read more

They get it done! I've used this COIT location several times and Chris Windley, the specialist I always request, does an amazing job every time. He is friendly, professional, efficient and GOOD! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and the COIT team out of Burlingame, any time!

I had Coit Cleaning over for an estimate. People on the phone were courteous, and on the day of service call came as scheduled for a 2 hour window. Tony Davila (?) showed up as scheduled and very professionally went over the items we had in mind and provided a detailed written quote and explained how he calculated the charges . I decided to have the drapery done right away and waited on the items. He quickly took down the drapes , put them in bags ... All went without hiccups; now we wait for the return of the cleaned drap... read more
