I just had very easy carpet cleaning day with Steve Garnett Cleaning Specialist who showed up to do the job. He was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I have been with this company forever, I highly recommend them. Thank you once again Coit!

Gilbert Grijalva came to my home to clean my air ducts, he was very polite and professional. He was respectful of my wish to keep the door to the garage closed as I have cats and did not want them to get out. Coit should be very proud to have Gilbert represent their company.

If your draperies are in need of cleaning then don't keep putting it off like we did.We should have had them done two years ago.So we decided to do some shopping around and found that Coit was our only, and best choice! I called to setup an appointment. Nick who is one of the cleaning specialist arrived a few days later. We showed him 4 sets of ceiling to floor drapes and one good sized area rug. We needed our tile and grout cleaned. Coit sent Jerry Madden. It didn't take long to discover that this guy is a real pro. He is smart, seasoned, very much on purpose, communicates clearly and gave us thoughtful suggestions. He was careful with our stuff, efficient and matulous in everything he did. We could not be happier with the job Jerry did for us.

I was initially skeptical of Coit. I know they've been around a long time, and I figured they were big and might be expensive. We're in Marin County, and they sent Denzel all the way from Burlingame. He was late, but the office kept me apprised. Bottom line: Denzel did a great job. He was thorough, nice and helpful. I didn't get a firm price (carpets and drapes) until he arrived, but I had asked for a rough estimate beforehand. It came in just a bit under that rough estimate. Carpets look great.
