Wow, wow, wow is all I can say. Coit cleaned 2 area rugs for us. We have 2 dogs, both puppies and you can imagine how bad they got as we were trying to housebreak them. Coit came to clean out our vents and I asked them to take our 2 carpets (dining and family room). The vents were cleaned well. We have used Coit for this service, once before. Nice job. Having been a COIT customer for many years, we arranged for COIT to clean our furnace ducts and vents, as well as our dryer vent. The service agent, Nestor Velazquez, arrived right on time and after greeting our dog enthusiastically (clearly, Nestor is a "dog person"), he took an inventory of all the vent locations, set up his van in our driveway and his equipment in our garage, and got to work. Great company!!! Loved the way they cleaned up whole basement after we had water damage. So I referred them to my office to do covid sanitation cleaning ! Again rockstars! I also have had them in my home for carpet cleaning which was the best !!! Hire them!!! They are great!!!

I have used Coit services for many years. They have cleaned upholstered pieces, refinished my hardwood floors and cleaned my area rugs. I have never been disappointed. Eleven rugs were just returned and they are in beautiful condition! All of their technicians are well trained professionals that I trust. The two gentlemen that brought the rugs back yesterday, were terrific. Thank you so much, all of you at Coit, I will never use any other service.

This review is about both Tony and Penny. Tony arrived promptly and was so easy going and helpful moving around my house, that has a lot of things that could have been knocked over. Penny was so great at scheduling the return of my rug in a timely fashion.

Buying a new home requires a lot of understanding of what the heck you're buying. Well, we found out after closing that the inspection report didn't disclose how FLITHY the HVAC and ducts really were in our new home. Called HVAC company to install a filtering system after my wife was getting sick from the nasty air blowing thru the ducting system. I've been using Coit carpet cleaning services for years and am always pleased with the results /always excellent- but this recent cleaning was THE BEST, MOST THOROUGH I've every had. Chris was the technician and he went above and beyond... the results were not just excellent, they were SUPERB!! I highly recommend COIT.

We were in a hurry seeing as the carpet cleaner we had an appointment with bailed out on us. All of our furniture was stacked in the kitchen making it difficult to get through. We called Coit and spoke to a very helpful person, Steve Garnett, who just happens to be one of the managers, who was able to set an appointment for the following Monday afternoon. We just had Coit at our house all day cleaning our air filters and vents and our clothes dryer vent. Mike Smith was our service technician and he was a joy to deal with, extremely competent and professional and a very hard worker. Plus there were no surprises on our final bill. It matched the estimate provided earlier. I highly recommend Coit of Burlingame and Mike Smith in particular.
