Martin was very professional. He explained the entire process from carpet cleaning to my sofa and chairs. He pointed out stains and how he was going to remove them Martin did an excellent job very pleased with results.

Online appt was easy to make. Fabian showed up on time. He was polite and respectful of my property. He looked at the whole job, validated the estimate and then got to work. He had me check after each room. The results were awesome. Stains in my daughter's room came out that hadn't come out with professional cleaning before. The couch looks new. He also did a white carpet and I didn't even know it had a pattern! Thank you Fabian.

They cleaned my wool rugs on a beautiful hot day which continued while they dried completely. The worker was very thorough and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I also had an area taken away and cleaned. It came back looking like a brand new rug. Again the workers were very nice and listened to how I wanted the rug placed. Their service is expensive so I can only have this service every couple of years.

I called Coit carpet cleaning , Fabian from Coit came out and did a fabulous job cleaning our carpets . I would only let Coit clean my carpets and now I only want Fabian to clean my carpets

Today Fabian cleaned our rugs and explained three different prices and made sure I understood each one before I picked the pricing. After he cleaned the rooms, he called me to look at his work to make sure everything was cleaned the way I wanted it. He was very conscientious about us slipping and falling, and put signs all over, reminding us of the wet rugs and floor. He was very genuine and I would have him clean my rugs any time!

I had Coit come to clean my rugs a few weeks ago and Steven could not have been more professional and did a fabulous job on an old and very dirty rug. He made it new again. I have had Coit clean my rugs for years and have never been disappointed. They also cleaned my air ducts and it was amazing! Thank you, Coit for all your hard work!
