Our 20 year old carpet (beige) had not been properly cleaned in 10 years. The estimate was very fair, so Chris Windley and his trainee arrived on time as promised. I appreciate that Chris is knowledgeable, experienced and treated our carpet as if it was his own. He cleaned and successfully removed stains throughout the entire house in a few hours! I reached out to Coit via their website for an appointment to get my area rugs cleaned, and maybe a chair. Stephanie responded to let me know that we needed to reschedule - and then again to let me know there was an earlier opening. My COIT representative / cleaner, Kraty, was super professional, warm and efficient. He did a good job and I'm happy with the result.
We had our kitchen chairs & couch cleaned last week; the technician did a wonderful thorough job & we could not be more satisfied. We have had these guys off & on over the years for drapery & upholstery cleaning & have always been satisfied. Thye quote was reasonable. So, for wonderful cleaning services at reasonable prices with friendly service, Coit cannot be beat. Keep up the good work guys.
I researched dozens of local companies in the Bay Area recently and COIT had the best rates. The summary of my experience with COIT: 1. There was a minor glitch with the apt scheduling but it was resolved with a single phone call 2. I am always concerned about using bigger names for any services, but my dryer vent needed to be cleaned as soon as possible so I went with company that had first available appointment. Despite my bias I would use COIT again and I would DEFINITELY ask for same service person, Peter Kim. He arrived in the first half of the two hour service window. He was professional and friendly. Nothing like a good air duct-cleaning, and Mike did a great job, locating and clearing out all our vents on two floors. Mike was not only knowledgeable and efficient, but he was energetic, upbeat, and had a great attitude, even though he spent more time than COIT had estimated. We strongly recommend COIT cleaning.
When making this appointment, I was very clear about the fact I live on the 3rd floor; access to a water source would be quite a challenge and my carpet was 31 icky years old. All along the was I was greatly assured the 3rd floor wouldn't be a problem; the technician would come prepared w/extender hoses and they would do their best to get some of the "gunk out".
