Today Fabian cleaned our rugs and explained three different prices and made sure I understood each one before I picked the pricing. After he cleaned the rooms, he called me to look at his work to make sure everything was cleaned the way I wanted it. He was very conscientious about us slipping and falling, and put signs all over, reminding us of the wet rugs and floor. He was very genuine and I would have him clean my rugs any time!

I had Coit come to clean my rugs a few weeks ago and Steven could not have been more professional and did a fabulous job on an old and very dirty rug. He made it new again. I have had Coit clean my rugs for years and have never been disappointed. They also cleaned my air ducts and it was amazing! Thank you, Coit for all your hard work!

We had our wall-to-wall carpets and an area rug cleaned. They did a great job cleaning all, removing stains that prior carpet cleaners were not able to remove. The area rug had to be taken to Burlingame for cleaning and came back looking great. They were friendly, courteous, professional.

Kyle from Coit cleaning came out this past Saturday to take care of our marble floor in our bathrooms as well as our kitchen. we had our kitchen and bathrooms remodeled about 10 or 11 years ago; I wasn't hopeful at all that we could get them anywhere near back to the way they were when they were brand new. Jorge did a great job on the water abatement when my kitchen flooded. He also came back for free when I thought a separate baseboard was affected. He confirmed there was no water damage there and showed that the baseboard was bowing out because it was loosened during work on the floor. Would absolutely use Coit again.

I phoned them (spoke with Jorge) on a week end and we planned for a Monday visit. My Mom had a pipe break and leak in the crawl space under her home. I received a bid for a two day very expensive job. We scheduled the work for Tuesday, 3 workers, two days to complete. These guys came in, prep'd the work area and got to work. The job was completed in less than one day. I was pleased to receive an adjusted quote for less than half of the original. I like these guys two guys did a great job very clean we had the dryer vents and all the air ducts cleaned there more dust in your vents than you think glad we had it done . I would put it on the calendar for every 5 years I think that's about right . No joke they take snd clean all your dryer vents lots of dust anyway I would definitely recommend them in fact my rental in Benicia is scheduled to get done early next month
