When making this appointment, I was very clear about the fact I live on the 3rd floor; access to a water source would be quite a challenge and my carpet was 31 icky years old. All along the was I was greatly assured the 3rd floor wouldn't be a problem; the technician would come prepared w/extender hoses and they would do their best to get some of the "gunk out". This was my first contact with Coit. Initially "we" had difficulty getting things set up. There was some confusion about just what was going to happen and when. I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from "them". I finally made contact with the branch manager who was very helpful. We made an appointment for the dryer vent cleaning. I had Coit come over and clean out my dryer vent today . I just want to say Mike Smith was very professional and did a great job! He went the extra mile to make sure my vent was cleaned out.It was not in a easy location where the dryer was . I recommend Coit and I would ask for Mike Smith to be the guy that comes out to do the job.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for Nick, an employee of Coit. I had an unpleasant experience with Coit and called to report that my area rug was not properly cleaned and the employee who delivered my rug was rude and unhelpful. Coit assured me they would take care of the problem and sent Nick to resolve the issue. He immediately understood the problem and agreed to take the rug and have it cleaned with "unduzzit" to remove pet stain odors. I was not charged for the re-cleaning. I just had excellent customer service and dryer vent cleaned out with Nester and Isaac! I had already paid someone to do and they messed it up even more where everything was leaking. Called Coit and Nester and Isaac did a great job and now my dryer is working. Will only use them in the future-wish I had gone with them in the beginning.

The scheduling was easy and efficient. The technician showed up well within the allotted window and was courteous and professional. After a quick tour of the areas (carpet, tile, hardwood and linoleum) he provided a separate breakdown of costs, allowing me to pick and choose the service. Wow, wow, wow is all I can say. Coit cleaned 2 area rugs for us. We have 2 dogs, both puppies and you can imagine how bad they got as we were trying to housebreak them. Coit came to clean out our vents and I asked them to take our 2 carpets (dining and family room). The vents were cleaned well. We have used Coit for this service, once before. Nice job. Having been a COIT customer for many years, we arranged for COIT to clean our furnace ducts and vents, as well as our dryer vent. The service agent, Nestor Velazquez, arrived right on time and after greeting our dog enthusiastically (clearly, Nestor is a "dog person"), he took an inventory of all the vent locations, set up his van in our driveway and his equipment in our garage, and got to work. Great company!!! Loved the way they cleaned up whole basement after we had water damage. So I referred them to my office to do covid sanitation cleaning ! Again rockstars! I also have had them in my home for carpet cleaning which was the best !!! Hire them!!! They are great!!!
