I like these guys two guys did a great job very clean we had the dryer vents and all the air ducts cleaned there more dust in your vents than you think glad we had it done . I would put it on the calendar for every 5 years I think that's about right . No joke they take snd clean all your dryer vents lots of dust anyway I would definitely recommend them in fact my rental in Benicia is scheduled to get done early next month

Just had our carpets, tile & grout (floors) cleaned by Chris Windley & boy do they look amazing! Chris was very professional, prompt, hard-working & did a fantastic job all the way around. Honestly, I thought the grout in our floors were beyond help, but Chris literally got them looking brand new! I was pleasantly surprised. I learned I can request Chris in the future, which I most certainly will do. Huge thank you to Chris. I'm one happy customer!

After Manny from COIT cleaned the carpets in the rooms, they looked like new! He even removed some stains I didn't think would come out. Also, the carpets on the stairs were sparkling clean. He was very prompt and professional and I highly recommend Manny at COIT.

Once again, I was really happy with the service provided by Coit. This time, I was lucky to have Steve take care of my carpets. He's been with Coit for decades, and that's worth 5 Stars already! He was right in time, and very personable. Also, he did a fantastic job -- even tending to a few tricky parts. I have used Coit for many years, and that is the reason why. so pleased!

My parents recently had an old, large area rug cleaned. This rug has been through a lot and is probably 30 years old. It looked practically unsalvageable but COIT did a fantastic job carefully cleaning this beloved rug to the point that it looks completely new. What was even better than how well the rug was cleaned was the service. Nick was absolutely the best. I have a mold problem. Well, now thanks to Coit I can say I HAD a mold problem. After remodeling my shower a few years ago mold appeared and it is a giant pain to remove. There was not enough space to regrout, so I was considering putting a grout colorant over the mold. The guy who tiled my shower suggested steam cleaning the grout. After trying another "local" duct cleaning service and asking them to leave my house after they made me so uncomfortable, I was greatly relieved and impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and quality of Coit. The specialist who came out was Mike Smith. I do not generally write reviews - positive or negative. However, the service I received from Mike S was exceptional. Due to a scheduling conflict on my end, I had to request a later arrival. This was granted, which I appreciated. However, I was most impressed by the thoroughness and the customer service skills of Mike. I had my 26 year old hardwood floors cleaned yesterday by COIT Cleaning and was SO IMPRESSED by their two workers, Chris and Valentine! They were cordial, on time, hard workers and really seemed to enjoy their job. My hardwood floors had a residue film on it from the dirt that attracted to it over the years from the "Liquid Gold FLOOR RESTORE" I used on it to renew my floors a few years ago.
