Chris Windley came to my home to give an estimate on carpet cleaning with the option of having the job completed the same day. With the professionalism of Chris and the reasonable price he gave and the realistic results, we decided to go ahead with the carpet cleaning. We couldn't be happier with the results, we would definitely use Coits (Chris) services again and would refer to family and friends.

The Coit technician that just finished cleaning our air dicts, Steven N., did a great job. He was very efficient and I would highly recommend him. He even followed up with my husband after finishing, to go over additional tips on how to keep the ducts clean and what to expect when running the first cycle after cleaning. Thank you Coit and thank you Steven! We are very pleased with the service.

Stephen cleaned the air ducts at my house today and was amazing. He very professional, explained what he would be doing and how long he thought it would take. When he was nearly done, he showed me the filthy filter from the furnace and when he learned I did not have a replacement, he waited while I went to buy a new one and installed it. He has great patience and does superior work. Thanks, Stephen.

I haven't had my air ducts cleaned in over 20 years. Decided to go with Coit and was very pleased with the service! Steven N. was very prompt, thorough, and friendly. He clearly knew what he was doing. I would definitely use Coit again - especially if Steven were available again. Thanks!

We were lucky today to have Steven N. and Luis Y. come today to clear our dryer vent. This is a daunting task in our 4-level townhouse with the dryer on the 2nd floor. Steven and Luis were professional, kind, thorough, and competent. There were some complications re: our rooftop dryer vent due to recent roofing replacement, but these men persevered and were calm and good-natured thought the entire process. I had Nghia Nia come out to my house and clean my natural stone. It was really dirty! I didn't think it could be restored but took a leap of faith. Nghia so exceeded my expectations. The stone looks completely clean. He also sealed it and caulked an area in the bathroom. As an added benefit, he was so nice and professional. A real pleasure to meet. Now I'm not embarrassed about my entryway when people come visit!

Great work done and such good service! Chris Cleveland came out to do a much-needed carpet and furnace cleaning for us and did so speedily, thoroughly, and with great professional courtesy. Would recommend to anyone with the same or similar needs and will definitely be in touch the next time we need to get cleaning done - likely requesting Chris specifically!

Amazing!!! Denzel was on time match the quote that they gave me over the phone extremely professional. After ten years and three kids on this carpet he was able to disinfect and clean my carpets so well that I created a Yelp account just to leave my own review...excellent customer service thank you Denzel, you have my home look new again!!!
