I have a mold problem. Well, now thanks to Coit I can say I HAD a mold problem. After remodeling my shower a few years ago mold appeared and it is a giant pain to remove. There was not enough space to regrout, so I was considering putting a grout colorant over the mold. The guy who tiled my shower suggested steam cleaning the grout. After trying another "local" duct cleaning service and asking them to leave my house after they made me so uncomfortable, I was greatly relieved and impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and quality of Coit. The specialist who came out was Mike Smith. I do not generally write reviews - positive or negative. However, the service I received from Mike S was exceptional. Due to a scheduling conflict on my end, I had to request a later arrival. This was granted, which I appreciated. However, I was most impressed by the thoroughness and the customer service skills of Mike. He drove to my place (near Rodeo) from Fremont, which I know from experience can be a tiring drive. I had my 26 year old hardwood floors cleaned yesterday by COIT Cleaning and was SO IMPRESSED by their two workers, Chris and Valentine! They were cordial, on time, hard workers and really seemed to enjoy their job. My hardwood floors had a residue film on it from the dirt that attracted to it over the years from the "Liquid Gold FLOOR RESTORE" I used on it to renew my floors a few years ago. Our 20 year old carpet (beige) had not been properly cleaned in 10 years. The estimate was very fair, so Chris Windley and his trainee arrived on time as promised. I appreciate that Chris is knowledgeable, experienced and treated our carpet as if it was his own. He cleaned and successfully removed stains throughout the entire house in a few hours! I reached out to Coit via their website for an appointment to get my area rugs cleaned, and maybe a chair. Stephanie responded to let me know that we needed to reschedule - and then again to let me know there was an earlier opening. My COIT representative / cleaner, Kraty, was super professional, warm and efficient. He did a good job and I'm happy with the result.

We had our kitchen chairs & couch cleaned last week; the technician did a wonderful thorough job & we could not be more satisfied. We have had these guys off & on over the years for drapery & upholstery cleaning & have always been satisfied. Thye quote was reasonable. So, for wonderful cleaning services at reasonable prices with friendly service, Coit cannot be beat. Keep up the good work guys.

I researched dozens of local companies in the Bay Area recently and COIT had the best rates. The summary of my experience with COIT: 1. There was a minor glitch with the apt scheduling but it was resolved with a single phone call 2. Chris Windley arrived early and prior to bringing upholstery/fabric cleaning machine evaluated the condition of my sofa 3.
