I've used Coit in the past. They have always been professional. Chris Windley did an exceptional job on my carpets and sofa.
Chris Windley came to my home to give an estimate on carpet cleaning with the option of having the job completed the same day. With the professionalism of Chris and the reasonable price he gave and the realistic results, we decided to go ahead with the carpet cleaning. We couldn't be happier with the results, we would definitely use Coits (Chris) services again and would refer to family and friends.
The Coit technician that just finished cleaning our air dicts, Steven N., did a great job. He was very efficient and I would highly recommend him. He even followed up with my husband after finishing, to go over additional tips on how to keep the ducts clean and what to expect when running the first cycle after cleaning. Stephen cleaned the air ducts at my house today and was amazing. He very professional, explained what he would be doing and how long he thought it would take. When he was nearly done, he showed me the filthy filter from the furnace and when he learned I did not have a replacement, he waited while I went to buy a new one and installed it. He has great patience and does superior work. Thanks, Stephen.

We were lucky today to have Steven N. and Luis Y. come today to clear our dryer vent. This is a daunting task in our 4-level townhouse with the dryer on the 2nd floor. Steven and Luis were professional, kind, thorough, and competent. There were some complications re: our rooftop dryer vent due to recent roofing replacement, but these men persevered and were calm and good-natured thought the entire process.
