Had a great experience with Jerry Madden (Burlingame Office) from Coit. He has cleaned my rugs before and it was good to see a familiar face that I knew. He was very professional and is an asset to the Coit company. He is also very personable. He gave me advise on my dogs. I will be calling again for cleaning in a couple of months. I would recommend him for any of Coits services. Thank you

Our dryer burned out because it overheated. The dryer repairman fixed it and said we needed to find a company to clean out our dryer vent because it was clogged and it would overheat and burn out again. We heard that COIT was a big name so we tried them out. Chris from the Burlingame office came to our house and unclogged a complete mess of lint that had accumulated. We called last week to get an estimate of our living and bedroom area. We almost replaced the whole carpet but why spend all that money when the carpet is still good. The stains are like from spills about 10 years ago. Amazingly they were lifted, looking like brand new. Owe it to Steve, thank you for treating our home as if it was your own! My experience with COIT began kinda rocky. I couldn't get an appointment for an estimate for a couple of weeks. It was canceled and rescheduled for a week later. I was told my 50% coupon would not be honored. I was seriously considering canceling my appointment. I continued with reservation only because I received a discount and a free heater vent cleaning. Jerry Madden, the cleaning specialist working for Coit, just finished cleaning the carpets and taking the throw rugs away to be cleaned, at the household that i work for. I am so pleased with his patience and clear communication as I tried to coordinate with the house owners. He clearly laid out a few scenario's that enabled me to get my job done within the parameters and cost that i needed to stick to. Mr. Sasinski was awesome today. This was our first time getting carpets cleaned. He was professional, informative, and nice. It took no time at all for him to get started and he finished 3 bedrooms and closets plus hallway. He was nice enough to schedule air duct cleaning for us. He's a very nice guy who did a great job!

They came right on time for our furniture steam appointment and were very nice and professional. They quickly got everything cleaned, filled out paperwork and were on their way. They were also easy to communicate with and gave our commercial building property manager all the correct insurance information very quickly so we were able to schedule this. Will definitely use them again!

Dennell came and did a great job of cleaning out all my air ducts and the heat registers, which were very dusty. He was very professional, and now the house feels a lot less dusty. Will definitely use again.
