I am so disappointed in Coit. Yesterday Coit was at my home to clean 2 8×10 area rugs and 2 bedrooms (just the walk around). The company was recommended by our neighbor. Granillo Jimenez and his crew were here 35 to 45 minutes including the set up time. Our rugs look worst than before. My husband and I used new clean rags to try to remove the dirt that was left behind. They were filthy. A few of our neighbors asked about Coit's work. What should I tell them? I called Coit Restoration to visit our house,on 8/28/18 Alex Altman and co worker came to our house because we had a hot water heater bust and I was looking for a quote, where as their ad stated they give free estimates. He said I would have a quote by 9/4/18. I called on 9/5/18 because we did not receive the quote, at that time he said he did not have the whole estimate would have to make a call and call me back. Inconsistent and undependable scheduling. I prefer Stanley Steamer or Sears perhaps. I cancelled my appointment altogether after a few last minute changes from COIT CS.

Over priced for what they do even with the 40% off Had chair and sofa cleaned plus ductwork including blower fan and coils cleaned paid a total of $728 After the sofa was streaked you could see the areas missed and fabric was crusty When I initially inquired about the duct cleaning they said that they registers would be removed and cleaned. I had already removed them cleaned them and repainted the frames so that was not needed. I assumed they would have something professional to seal the register openings. My husband called and set up an appointment in which they told him it would be 160. When the techs got there they told me it would be 210. If I wanted scotch guard or deordorizer it would be an extra 100.00 per service. I only had my couch and love seat cleaned. They went extremely fast (in and out in probably 15 min). We didn't notice how many spots they missed until it dried a few hours later. I would not recommend this company at all. I made an appointment for 4:30 p.m. today. This morning at 6:45 a.m., I got a call from someone at Coit and he said he would be out at 1 p.m. I told him I worked and that I had an appointment for 4:30. He said he would see me then. Left work early to get home to meet him and he didn't show up. I called and talked to a lady whose response was "Yeah, he didn't make it. Sorry about that." Needless to say, I'll be calling someone else.

Booked appt over phone. 3 rooms for $125.00. No mention of size of rooms. My house is NOT large. Booked a date and time. A coit man shows up early, 3 hours. Changes bid to $181.00. I have a dining table in living room so counted that as two separate rooms although it is just one room. Was to do that room and two bedrooms, not large. I suggested we omit one of the bedrooms so our total would be 3 rooms with his dividing the living room into 2 rooms and he then quoted $141.00 I showed him the door. If I could leave no stars, it would be a perfect review of these guys. I set up an appointment at least a week in advance to have my vacant new house carpet and tile cleaned. I was given a time of between 10am and 1 pm. I received a confirmation the night before by phone. I arrived at my empty home around 9am waited till 11 and called Coit to make sure they had my cell number the girl assured me she would make sure the tech had it. DON'T BOTHER!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They told me they would be coming out BETWEEN 10 and 11am a week in advance. So I prepared for that time. The day before it was time for them to come out, they decided to call me and say actually it's going to be BETWEEN 8 and 9 am. when they got there. I said okay that's fine even though I wasn't happy with them changing the time last minute.
