I would not recommend for the following reasons: It was very difficult to reach the man in charge- Jeff Skrypek. I was not given any invoice totaling the costs until I repeatedly called over and over because the work was starting and I wanted to be on the same page about what was owed. -Then I was given incorrect information for a total amount for the bill over voice mail and through email repeatedly. Wanted to get the air-ducts cleaned in our four-level home. COIT came out and provided and estimate (over $900), but we went ahead and made an appointment for the next morning. At 11:50 I called COIT to ask if they were still on the way, and was told that the appointment hadn't been booked. Okay.... So I made another appointment for the next day between 11:00 and 1:00. It was easy to book an appointment and they give you an estimated time that they will arrive the day before. The cleaner was professional. As far as carpet goes it was a basic shampoo clean with the option to add deodorizer and stain resistance which we didn't opt for because the price significantly goes up. We had about 1000 sq ft. of carpet and it was so wet when he was done which only took him 1.5 hours and it took 24 plus hours to dry. The carpet is now crusty because he left it so wet. Called to request a quote, we provided them with the square footage of our home. A quote was given over the phone and we approved of the cost. When the technician, Juan, arrived he told us it would be higher than what we were quoted over the phone. The square footage didn't change so not sure why he increased our price. We decided not to proceed with services due to the inaccuracies.

Hey y'all I would like to share my story going through this company. I hired COIT a couple days ago to do my hard wood floor the total was 1400 but since they had a 40% off I only paid 800. That includes kitchen, dining room, and master bed. I didn't get to see the end result for a couple hours because only my boyfriend was home. There was residue steaks all over the flood. if i could put zero stars i would. very unprofessional customer service. technicians come in smelling like smoke. hoses damaged the corners of my walls and management didnt do anything. huge rip off and not paying for.

Called Coit to have them come out and clean my air ducts. I came home to a huge mess through out my home. I had dirt through out the back of my house were my five bedrooms and two bathrooms are. Dirt in pic below is in my master bedroom but best believe it was in my other four rooms and master-bathroom. I had dirt all over my king size comforter (bed is not located near vent) this is a dry clean only comforter. I have a shaggy area rug under bed that I attempted to vacuum but had to stop because it sounded like I was sucking... read more

Apparently, COIT does not need nor want my business. I had scheduled their free estimate to take place on 1/2/19. When I made my appointment, they indicated someone would contact me on 12/31 to let me know the time and they noted that I requested the latest appointment possible and she said they would try to accommodate. 12/31 came and went without contact. Service was high priced. Hired another company after they left to finish what they couldn't do. Seemed like the team didn't want to work. If you want service like this. Call them.
