After posting my review and emailing COIT I was called by Leslie in about 20 minutes. She took the time to listen to my entire ordeal and was very understanding, not super defensive of the company but actually cared about me as the customer. She arranged a new Sr Tech to come out and filled in the area GM on my situation; they scheduled a re-clean for last week and did a MUCH better job. 3 wool area carpets cleaned and perimeter binding repaired with great results. Very professional work and carpets removed and reinstalled with care. Great price and quick turn around. It doesn't get better than Coit!

I chose Coit from hearing the ads on TV. I had worked with another cleaning company previously and was not satisfied so I thought I would try Coit. They were running a 40% discount which made it even more appealing. Marquis, the technician that came out to clean my carpets and area rug, was not only personable but professional. He did an excellent job removing the stains. I would highly recommend Coit and will definitely use them again.

We scheduled an appointment with COIT just a couple of weeks in advance which was seamless. Megan was very friendly and great to worth with over the phone. The day before our cleaning we received a confirmation call from Megan stating the timeframe in which our specialist would arrive, which was helpful in preparing us. Could not be happier with the service and the cleaning from Coit. I've been married for 20 years, have 3 kids, dogs and cats so I have used carpet cleaners in the past. I decided to try Coit this time for my before the holidays cleaning. I am so upset that I didn't use them sooner!! The two gentlemen I worked with could not have been better or more professional. Called yesterday and had my carpet cleaned today by Josh. Very professional. He took extra time on the high traffic areas. Will definitely use again. Great job!!!!!
