This is the 4th time we've used COIT. They are fantastic, the technicians are always on time, courteous, professional and leave things clean and refreshed! We had several area rugs taken to be cleaned, also, and these were brought back in excellent condition. We'll be calling COIT back next October and will definitely recommend them. Bill T., Phoenix

This was my first experience with Coit. I was completely amazing at the GREAT care that was taken by the tech. I had my carpets cleaned by a different co maybe 45 day earlier, afterward the carpet was a mess. I had a family member tell what a great job Coit did for them, so I thought I'd try them. Honestly my floors look like new, completely blown away. The tech began by cleaning 1/2 of the room, and called me into the room to show me the difference. It was pretty much day/night. They have good communication. They had a sale of 40% off. They charge by the square foot and the cloth blinds needed some love. They did a good job but I can't help but wonder if it is not over priced.

Coit came out to do my carpets today. My scheduled window was 10-1 and he (Shawn McLaughlin) was promptly at my door at 10. He was very professional and did an outstanding job! He was even able to get stains out that Zero Rez couldn't get out when they were here 3 months ago. Shawn also cleaned some upholstered chairs that I've had for years, and they now look brand new. I would recommend Coit to everyone. Ask for Shawn, he's great!

I recently had my carpets cleaned and it was amazing! Sean and Ruben were a great team and answered all of my questions and took care of my concerns before getting started. It was a great experience and my carpets look wonderful!

Jim Porter did an excellent job cleaning our couch and did it very quickly. He seemed to handle the job more easily and more quickly than some of the other techs from Coit, though all really got the couch looking good by the time they were done. He's friendly and personable. Arrived at 11 AM given a 10-12 window. Another excellent job by Coit. We always use them. Given the various reviews I see here, we've apparently been fortunate to have good workers who arrive on time.

Although all looked good after the initial cleaning, I learned later that the pricing was not as good as I had thought. In addition, the carpets in two of the rooms did not go back to being flat and ripples were left after they fully dried that I had to call another company to stretch the carpets. I've learned that there are better companies in the area to do this work in the future.

You could not ask for a better experience of tile, upholstery, and carpet cleaning. Two people, Kurt and Alex, showed up on time and completed the job in less time than expected. They were very courteous and communicated thoroughly to understand our expectations. They even rotated a large area rug for us. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.
