We have a house which we only rent out during the winter months and we've had Coit come in to clean the carpets every year for the past 2 years. I made the appointment the week before they were to come out. They called me the day before to verify the appointment. This time Jim Porter with Coit came out to clean and treat the carpet and he did an excellent job. Hope to get him back next year.

Joe Guy is the best tech ever. I will never use anyone else. He cleans air ducts, carpet, tile and so kuch more. Hes just amazing. Everyone should use him.

Joe G. came to my home to do duct cleaning. Was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Found a problem with my air conditioning unit which wasn't in his job description. Did amazing work as my home is not as dusty now. Joe showed up on time. Great work and will definitely call them again. Thank you.

I've seen the COIT name around for a long time, and have never used them until today. Marquis W. was the specialist that arrived to my door, and he was helpful and easy to work with. I had a smelly rug in the garage that he helped me move and unroll in order to get a quote. He moved things around so we could look at it. After that we went inside for the couches. I had them come out to clean my tile and seal my grout. The floor needed stripped because it was covered in wax. The first tech claimed he cleaned it but you could still see wax buildup everywhere. I called and they were very helpful and sent someone out right away. Daniel came and saw exactly what needed to be done and got on it. Saturday morning Daniel and Ramon came out not only on time but a little early. They worked all day to make sure the job was done 110%. We have been long-time Coit clients and find their service actually IMPROVES each time we use them. Nice, pleasant and efficient people to deal with. Our last service tech, Joe Guy, was the best yet. We highly recommend Coit.
