They came out to clean and disinfect a couple of large curtains. They came and left within an hour, merely vacuumed them and sprayed a disinfectant...about $400. The whole time the guy was here he was trying to sell me grout cleaning and all of their other services. In the meantime, the guy parked on my driveway and ran over 2 path lights in the driveway when backing out. There is no way he could have run over them and not known. we hired them to clean our ducts. they removed the cover outside in the portache and didnt put it back. any insectoraial can get in there. my husband and i are senior citizens and can not get on a high ladder they sent someone with a small ladder said they would be back thatas two months ago now tell us they are not responsible. do not use them. they dont care about the customers

Probably one of the most unprofessional business I ever dealt with. I hired this company to fix my dryer. They assured me they would get it fixed. After paying them and getting the service done I still had an issue. After requesting them over a second time to resolve the issue they the repair man states there was a mistake. because I can't respond, to the bs "response" from Sherry here you go! I have to review again! my husband reached out and no problem finding us then. weird, right? Anyway. he was told that they should have charged more for the destruction of our floor. There is nothing the will do. We ended up spending our weekend fixing what was done, and it looks much better, but now we have to find a carpet cleaner and go through the house and finish the floors ourselves. Funny you can't find us here.....

Unfortunately your flooring had wax build up and once wax it applied to any type of surface there is no guarantee that it can be 100% removed. I recently hired COIT to clean the vents in my home, but unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the results. Despite paying a considerable amount of money for the service, the vents were still dirty and filled with dust.

Used Coit based on my neighbor's recommendation and the cleaning did not live up to my anticipation. I booked my entire house cleaning of tile and grout cleaning and carpet cleaning on back to back days to be able to stay in the house. The tile and grout guy said when we reviewed the quote that I wouldn't have a service charge for the carpet. Like they say "too good to be truth"... gave these guys a five star review a month ago. As of today, I have been waiting for over two weeks to hear from someone about honoring the initial estimate they gave. Please be aware... there are hidden fees on estimates, which are not mentioned until you call to schedule project. These is the second business that I have approached in or around Mesa, that goes back on what they first offer. Shame on this kind of people!!!! :( :(
Sent out wrong technicians x2 to repair expensive cleaning and color grout job. Initial cleaners damaged 2 doors and baseboards. I initiated calls. Told someone would respond. After 3 weeks called again. Run around about vacations. Finally hired another to fix their damages. Very high priced, poor quality and no customer service.
