Called to request a quote, we provided them with the square footage of our home. A quote was given over the phone and we approved of the cost. When the technician, Juan, arrived he told us it would be higher than what we were quoted over the phone. The square footage didn't change so not sure why he increased our price. We decided not to proceed with services due to the inaccuracies.

Hey y'all I would like to share my story going through this company. I hired COIT a couple days ago to do my hard wood floor the total was 1400 but since they had a 40% off I only paid 800. That includes kitchen, dining room, and master bed. I didn't get to see the end result for a couple hours because only my boyfriend was home. There was residue steaks all over the flood. if i could put zero stars i would. very unprofessional customer service. technicians come in smelling like smoke. hoses damaged the corners of my walls and management didnt do anything. huge rip off and not paying for.

Called Coit to have them come out and clean my air ducts. I came home to a huge mess through out my home. I had dirt through out the back of my house were my five bedrooms and two bathrooms are. Dirt in pic below is in my master bedroom but best believe it was in my other four rooms and master-bathroom. I had dirt all over my king size comforter (bed is not located near vent) this is a dry clean only comforter. Apparently, COIT does not need nor want my business. I had scheduled their free estimate to take place on 1/2/19. When I made my appointment, they indicated someone would contact me on 12/31 to let me know the time and they noted that I requested the latest appointment possible and she said they would try to accommodate. 12/31 came and went without contact. Service was high priced. Hired another company after they left to finish what they couldn't do. Seemed like the team didn't want to work. If you want service like this. Call them.

I am so disappointed in Coit. Yesterday Coit was at my home to clean 2 8×10 area rugs and 2 bedrooms (just the walk around). The company was recommended by our neighbor. Granillo Jimenez and his crew were here 35 to 45 minutes including the set up time. Our rugs look worst than before. My husband and I used new clean rags to try to remove the dirt that was left behind. They were filthy. A few of our neighbors asked about Coit's work. What should I tell them? I called Coit Restoration to visit our house,on 8/28/18 Alex Altman and co worker came to our house because we had a hot water heater bust and I was looking for a quote, where as their ad stated they give free estimates. He said I would have a quote by 9/4/18. I called on 9/5/18 because we did not receive the quote, at that time he said he did not have the whole estimate would have to make a call and call me back. Inconsistent and undependable scheduling. I prefer Stanley Steamer or Sears perhaps. I cancelled my appointment altogether after a few last minute changes from COIT CS.
