Just had my carpets cleaned yesterday and they look good. Thought I was going to need to replace them due to wheelchair marks from my husband, but I got another few years out of them with this cleaning. The cleaning man was nice and made sure to ask before he left If I was happy, that doesn't happen that often anymore. I recommend them, they did a good job and worked hard. I will use them again.
"Bait & Switch" buyer beware of hidden fees. I had tested my air vents & the results came back having common household mold, so I hired Coit to clean my air ducts & dryer vent. I called & spoke to a gentleman & told him my situation of having household mold & wanted to make sure that sanitizer would be included & he said yes. This is a review has been more than a year coming... We were holding off for the promised refund for work that was not performed, which never happened. We specifically wanted our drapes cleaned, so we bundled the carpets since we could do this in one shot. Long story short, they did not clean the drapes, then lied about it (they were so covered in dog hair you would think Chewbacca was standing in the room, so it was obvious that they didn't do squat with them). Had out to clean tile grout, ended up having them do rugs and couch. "Thought they did a good job" and even tipped them only to notice a few days later they didn't move the furniture as were supposed to and told they do, and missed spots on couch. Sent email without response. Do NOT recommend

1-Star Review for COIT Drapery Cleaning I am extremely disappointed with my experience using COIT for drapery cleaning. We entrusted them with three sets of drapes in our formal dining room, formal living room, and family room--and they SHRUNK every single set by 3 inches. The technician was very sloppy with the tools used on my custom chair and he ripped the fabric on the arm of the chair which is unrepairable. The furniture was not cleaned properly, as the tech was probably in a hurry to get out of my house before I saw it as he didn't mention it. I only saw it after he left because I didn't want to walk on the cleaned carpet. So sad to see what he did. I even gave him a tip. Not scamming the elderly. Doing the job they get paid to do. Not trying to upsell work that is useless or can't be done. Don't call something a permanent stain when it can wiped off with a damp rag. Politeness, clean uniforms and fancy trucks do not make up for poor quality work.
They came out to clean and disinfect a couple of large curtains. They came and left within an hour, merely vacuumed them and sprayed a disinfectant...about $400. The whole time the guy was here he was trying to sell me grout cleaning and all of their other services. In the meantime, the guy parked on my driveway and ran over 2 path lights in the driveway when backing out. There is no way he could have run over them and not known. we hired them to clean our ducts. they removed the cover outside in the portache and didnt put it back. any insectoraial can get in there. my husband and i are senior citizens and can not get on a high ladder they sent someone with a small ladder said they would be back thatas two months ago now tell us they are not responsible. do not use them. they dont care about the customers
